This Valero/ U-Haul is very unprofessional. The guy that runs the U-Haul at this location has zero patience for customers and is extremely rude. There’s a professional way of speaking to customers when it comes to certain matters and not exploiting into a rage and wanting to come at the customer like in a ring match. I will never come to this place again not even for gas/diesel.

Really a very bad experience, I have had my Valero credit card for many years, and I always use it, and one of the policies of this card is that when you use it they automatically give you a cent discount for using it, this is the second time I visited the place, because I was staying close and being in a hurry, and when I saw that she didn't give me the discount between the place and the cashier didn't know what I was talking about when I explained to her, in fact she couldn't stop looking at her cell phone, I asked her to talk with the manager and he told me he wasn't there, I asked for his phone number and Mr. Miguel never answered despite leaving messages, please be careful with these people, they supposedly steal from the client. I don't recommend the place.

Don’t believe the negative reviews they are probably from people who lack respect for orders. Miguel the owner gives a great customer service to all his customers. I could call at 10pm and he always makes my reservations and accommodate all my needs. I have nothing but great experience with this business.

There’s a man fat super rude guy extremely rude ! . The place looks like 3rd world country gas station in the inside. Constantly arguments with customers . Also Be careful He parks uhauls trucks that blocks complete view of traffic at the stop sign .Responding to the rude guy - now he wants to be polite ! Your trucks situation will be reported to the city and to uhaul . as their policies puts safety first . I will also suggest to take a good look at all the reviews as they all seem to sound basically the same. And all problems have one common denominator and that is you . As far as your suggestions towards me I have no choice but to report your comments and all reviews to several companies you deal with as I find them sexist, racial motivated , and based on your response to me -I fear for my life now. .TELLING me to leave Hialeah. You don’t know me! Telling me to go to a 3rd world country ? You are also stating that I’m blind!You can’t and you won’t bully me.Due to your commentsI have screenshot all the reviews and of course the one you wrote towards me .Please note -I posted ,a picture , of a video. I did not post The entire video . That I will be sent to corporate and to the city. It clearly shows to me obstruction of view at the stop sign . As a concern CITIZEN of this community I felt the need to make sure people take extreme precautions in that stop sign .At this point I’m going to request that all the people who have or had an issue with you of any kind will contact me.My concerns are valid and I wont be bullied by you.AGAIN if anyone has a current issue regarding this man unprofessional behavior I will be more than glad to share my issues and concerns. Just contact me.And based on these reviews ….I don’t think I will be needed .

I have just had a very unpleasant experience and it is a shame since I have been visiting the establishment for years and nothing similar to what happened today had ever happened…
It happens that I arrive and tell the girl who is working that I came with a U-Haul reservation and she answers that the reservation was there and I tell her that I didn't know that I only noticed what it said 4 ave and she very rudely the first thing he says to me when I tell him that is let's see look for the address oh show me the address something like that!! Since I didn't like her tone, I showed her and told her the address and she continued rudely and responded that it's not here. As a customer, I told her, my love. Can you point me to that store so I can see where it is and she, very unprofessional, tells me NOO. And then my blood boiled because I am a human being and I don't deserve that treatment. I told him at her level and he said, "You have a girl outside of 15" he told me again rudely NOO I told him and the one on the corner of 26" told me she responds again with her rude tone NOOO And when am I going to ask her about who was behind her, she tells me yelling at me and I have witnesses that how I told it was she tells me in a super high tone of voice she exalts look you know I'm not I'm not going to rent you anything because of the tone in which you speak to me, she ignored me, she didn't answer me and she told me alone, sitting outside, the name of this mob is CARLA ACCORDING TO HER
I ask the owners to take action because today it was me, tomorrow it is someone else and the day after that someone else and it is their business that is going to go bankrupt because of people who are so unprofessional that they do not want to work with the public other than spend time with a telephone. of worked sockets

The lack of customer service and social skills in general from the owner of this location is beyond comprehension. I have been a Uhaul client for over 12 years, renting when my company needs additional trucks for our events and I have never had someone behave so rudely about a rental. To the point of calling before our rental period was over to ask when the van would be returned— beyond.

His name is Miguel the owner supposedly, very rude person and frustrated with life, I had had a U-Haul reservation, walked in and he was just talking to a women, he sent me to my car and asked me to wait there, after 30 minutes of waiting I walked in to ask and he canceled my reservation by yelling at me, he even stud up and walked to my trying to intimidate me while screaming, very very horrible customer service screaming and threatening for just asking a question, this old man needs to learn how to treat people. Never again going to that place.

The U-haul service at this location is terrible. The clerk has the worse customer service ever. He is rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to any person.

Hoy fui a comprar gasolina y los lectores de tarjetas de las bombas no sirven. Hay un papel para que uno descargue la app de Valero y pague por allí. Lo hice y en cuanto puse mi tarjeta de crédito en la aplicación me intentaron cobrar 125 dólares sin ni siquiera haber echado gasolina. Mi tarjeta fue bloqueada por intento fraudulento de compra. Una pesadilla.

Had the most horrible experience at this place. Very rude man. Not sure if he is an owner but he is in the wrong business. Go and work in the cemetery. Rude, unprofessional, yelling at customers just for asking a question.

Pay at pump is not working deliberately. They want you to go inside for you to buy some of their non-fuel items. I have reported them to the Valero head office to put them back into compliance.
