The local postal office is falling apart, poor service, not enough staff, and an outdated system that doesn’t reflect the standards of this country.
It’s time for the government to step up and fix this. We deserve better.

HORRIBLE service for passports. You have an appointment and it’s not ordered. One women taking all clients in line WITHOUT appt. Took us, did paperwork, charged us, made wait again for photo and took from ppl from line. How about you finish ONE process with APPT first before proceeding to arbitrarily take ppl from the line continually IGNORING our appt time.

If this is a federal building and the federal hours are there posted why are you guys closing 30min prior and the managers treats everybody like dog poop. Please fire her immediately for being rude to the customers

The woman directing people as they walk in was quite rude and unwelcoming. If she’s going to be the first point of contact, a warmer and more professional attitude would go a long way. It really sets the tone for the rest of the experience.

“I won’t be coming back to this post office. The service was terribly slow, and the woman assisting customers — who sounded Uruguayan or Argentinian — had a very unpleasant attitude. Definitely not recommended.”

3 stars because there is a lot of room for improvement with this post office. Very small, always very busy, and if ever in need of getting a money order changed or refunded it can become a hassle because you'll either need a supervisor to see if they'll approve and be able to help you, as some psot offices don't do refunds, or they never have enough cash. Now I've only been here a few times so in a future updated review things could change for the better, and I do hope so. One of the ladies working there whom unfortunately I forgot her name, is really polite and easy going with the customers, any question or concern you gave she'll help you.

Best service ever to get passport. I got an appointment and Jackie called me on time and processed everything super fast and effective. Best service ever! This place doesn't deserve bad reviews!

Today, Saturday, February 15th at 3:10 pm, I was attended by a lady who did not want to give her name by the way and she did not want to charge me regardless of the 4 envelopes that I had that were from different clients. She forced me to go somewhere else and do it myself or I had to do it the way she said. Her service was very bad and she even told me that she was not going to do it the way I wanted. In the end I had a receipt from 4 different people in 1, and that was not what I wanted or needed. Her service was horrible.
