This is the postal office that deliver my mail, the mail Lady is a disaster, always leaving correspondance from another people in my mail box , I took the time and went in person to the office to speak to the manager, explain that this been happening way to many times, I have lost a check that was sent to us by mail, but apparently they didn't care because still happening .

Demetria Stovall and Marquiet are just amazing customer service! Went above and beyond to help me change the wrong package. After store closure they still assisted me and they need a raise.

I have not had any luck with this post office, the delivery people are negligent, no one in the office knows anything, really every time I lose a package I don't even waste my time going to ask because it is for pleasure, they have customer service disastrous, if I were the only one who had this opinion I would stay silent but it has happened to my neighbors too, in short they don't do their job well

A driver from this location crashed into my mailbox and never got any sort of punishment nor did I ever get credited back for the replacement of my mailbox, I never get a response from anyone anymore and all the information they provide for credit contact goes to voicemail: i need a supervisor to reach out to me immediately: I have video surveillance of this and no compassion or regular human decency has been shown to me with crediting us the cost of our new mailbox that we should have never had to pay due to the un responsible employee who crashed into our mailbox and drove away, not leaving a note or any information.

Terrible, they never answer the phone, and when they do if you don't speak English it's for pleasure, or they leave you waiting for more than 30 minutes
