This location is the worst of them all. They lost my narcotic prescription and let someone else signed for. I report the case and waited 1-4 business day to find out that same location closed it by saying that the guy delivered to the right residence and that the right person signed. If that was the case then why the hell I don’t have my prescription and why would I open a case. I reopened it with the call center and spoke to the supervisor. I was advised that someone from corporate will look into it. I got a call today to find out that someone from the same location that loss my package & that closed my first cased without any updates, is the one who will call me in another 1-4 business day. After I told them that corporate should be the one calling me. When I asked for his name he disconnected the call. Consumer affair doesn’t even answer. Corporate needs to fired every single person from local stores to call centers. I’m about to take this above. You don’t mess with people mail specially with narcotics rx that shouldn’t be in the wrong hand.

I been to this post office several times and they open when they feel like it, there has been a line of people waiting for their mail and they do not open the door at 9am, it’s been 9:40am the doors are still not open. Finally after banging on the door an employee opens the door and there is another employee in the counter eating her breakfast. How government employees get away with this but this is a disgrace and not right. Who is the Manager of this place? I will love to know.

Horrible service when my courier is off. This is the second time USPS substitute courier lost my package. I called several times trying to find my package and nobody answered at the distribution center or operator agent. Me and my new mail person are about to fight. The last three days informed delivery has told me I have mail and for the last three days none of mail has shown up.The mail person also delivered a package to my door instead of the mailboxes but did not leave ANY letters which was so weird. Do you not have your skeleton key? What’s up babe, let me know because I can help you look for it. I just need my mail.

After 27 years working here. I love it.
Good team to work. I love giving good customer service. We make American passports, fingerprints, we send packages to any corner of the world. We sell stamps, cards, gift cards. We have P.O. boxes for rent. Come and see for yourself. 3690 w 18 ave. Best Post Office in Hialeah.

Hire postmen who don't have dyslexia to see if they're not so incompetent and start leaving packages where they're supposed to leave them. Then they complain that the post office is bankrupt if they do a worse job every day.Another package lost by you incompetents !!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve recently received the most disgusting customer service in the past twenty years. USPS will eventually fail if they continue this insanity. My son won’t be getting his PlayStation this Christmas because the local driver stole the package. Don’t even dare calling consumer affairs, they just repeat what is said in the case. They closed two service requests without contacting me in over three weeks. This post office deserves to be changed into a FedEx or UPS location. There’s no honesty with this location, this public service is failing us as the months go by. Leave it to FedEx or UPS, these guys know what they’re doing. Can’t believe you guys treated me like trash, ignored me, I went to this location physically twice and the managers just hide. They also never pick up the phone, and there’s no cameras there by the way. Feel free to go there and do whatever you want since things aren’t recorded. My packages was stolen by this location, you thieves. Ruined Christmas, awful human beings.
