I went there for the first time to renew my Passport months ago. A customer service clerk name Sonia was very courteous and professional. Even though the line was very long at the counter, as soon as she called the next customer in line. Sonia did an awesome and smooth transaction. Great excellent job and superb service . Will go back definitely to the same station. A++++++

I cannot express how incredibly kind and professional Elena is. From the moment I walked into the office, she greeted me with a genuine smile and a warm attitude that instantly made my day better.
Her patience, kindness, and willingness to help are exceptional. She took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, ensuring I understood everything perfectly. She never made me feel rushed or ignored; on the contrary, she genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything went smoothly.
Definitely the kindest and most dedicated person I’ve ever met in customer service! USPS has a true gem working with them. Thank you, Elena for making something as simple as mailing a package feel like a positive and memorable experience. I wish there were more people like you in the world!

I visited this location on 3/13/25 after having a very negative experience at the Miami Lakes USPS office. I walked in for (walk-in) passport services about 10 minutes before they closed walk-in patrons (after being denied services at another location 15 minutes away from this location). When I tell you the ladies were so nice. Ms. Susan took care of me without hesitation.
I explained to her I walked into the other location mentioned above, before the walk in appointment time and was told they had met their daily quota. She explained that the locations allow 4 walk-in passport applications (and some locations will take people before the advertised times on their website, so they can close that service off) considering I live a distance from both locations, I was extremely grateful for her assistance and kindness. Ms. SUSAN I appreciate you!

Always my go to post office. Great employees who are willing to help and be kind even when customers have gotten loud and upset I've seen them not react, remain calm, and professional. Being an eBay seller for many years I frequent it a lot and have never had a bad experience.

These people got a misrouted package that was supposed to be delivered in pensacola,florida...but instead of sending it back to pensacola to be delivered s it was addressed they delivered it in Hialeah! To where I don't know. But how stupid can you be,from the porters to the actual mail carrier,this place is nothing but incompetent and lazy. Pathetic. Postal workers at their best.
How do you deliver a package labeled for another city???
