The misinformation towards the people who go to this postal service, the bad manners accompanied by the bad manner in which the people employed in this place speak to the clients is incredible, that one as a client needs information and they ignore you, they speak to you with a tremendous bad attitude and bad manners is mistreatment towards the clients, for me if I could give this place its service 0 stars I would.

Terrible service, I have placed orders with my exact address, and they return them because they say that my address is not correct and since then the correspondence does arrive, being the same address, they do not even bother to leave my packages, they simply return them, it seems that whoever It delivers, it doesn't read, because Amazon, UPS, Fed Ex never lose my packages, they only waste my time, and if it's the phone they never pick it up. They don't even deserve a star.

Many windows usually without anyone attending. To pick up a package they have you walking around and waiting for two hours. The supervisor is a person who does not deserve to be dealing with a public service. It is a good for nothing that if given as a gift is expensive. Only the women who serve there do it better.

Bad treatment from the man who works at the counter and on the second occasion and with all the staff. It doesn't answer a question, very bad job. When it was time to pick up some package, the supervisor and they had no one here at the counter, they did not attend to anyone, he went inside without attending to this. This was at 4.15 pm and then the supervisor came out and said I don't speak Spanish in a very bad manner. That's discrimination

Why is this item going back and forth in Hialeah, FL only has to go 2.5hrs North??? Not the first time either, Lakeland has similar problems they just lose stuff.

I just left this office and to tell the truth I had never had a bad experience until today to start with when a girl who was there walked through the door and left without answering me. It should be noted that the email was empty, I was there for almost half an hour until In which the place was completely filled, then a lady with short hair came out. I approached the counter and said good afternoon to her and with a very bad attitude she made me turn back with her hand, very upset when the one who had to be upset It was me because of all the waiting and her mistreatment. When she finally deigned to serve me, I put my cards and I have to be honest with a bad attitude at the counter, which is why she got offended and reproached me for not putting the cards like that, of course we started to argue and she was very upset because it was her lunch time which is not my problem either, it is the manager's problem, I let her know that how she treated me she would receive the same treatment, it is a lack of respect.
