I used to go to this place often to get all my supplies. They downgraded on their vape cartilages if you know your products are faulty you should be willing to give refunds. Selling the cheapest mini sticks for 25$ when they’re 15$ online. after one use the cartilage went bad on me won’t even bother going back for a new one too much of a hassle. Quality is what keeps a business running. Bring the eLeaf mini sticks back and stop selling the Imini V2. Stop selling faulty torches.

I used to frequent this place primarily for tobacco products, but I recently developed an interest in trying out vapes. Unfortunately, my experience took a negative turn when I purchased a faulty vape. Upon returning for a replacement, I encountered ignorance and disrespect from the staff. It appears that the owner is facing challenges, evident in the declining state of both the business and the customer service. Regrettably, I cannot recommend purchasing vapes from this establishment as they tend to work only for a few hits before malfunctioning after 4-5 uses. This establishment, once known for its excellent products and customer service, is now plagued by these issues. They also didn't want to provide a refund but wanted to give me another malfunctioning vape. Clearly, Chris is struggling holding up is shop.
