Too bad no one takes their pets to this place. They stripped my dog when he had just one knot.

Horrible. If i could’ve leave 0 stars I would. To sum up this interaction, the employees are beyond rude and unprofessional. They left my dog with a hole/cut, which made my dog jump when i touched it, and didn’t even warn me about it. I suggest you go somewhere else.I’ve had my pup for about 3 years now and this is the second time i’ve taken him here, and they out did themselves this time. For reference my dog is a shih tzu and he weighs 8 pounds on a good day.The first time, my 4 month old pup came out with a cut of about an inch on his belly with dried blood on it. I chose to find another salon and just have them there in case of an emergency. My regular salon was booked to capacity today and I decided to give them another shot. When i go to pick up my dog, I greet the front desk woman and say i’m here to pick up my dog, they say “Oh, el terrible,” and proceeded to laugh. I ask why, and what he did to be called like that and they proceded to tell me how horrible he behaved, how they had to chase him about the salon with a towel over him to catch him, and further on. I communicated to them how that’s so weird and I apologized because i’ve never received any complaint for his behavior when he’s being groomed. Seconds later someone starts screaming from the back of the salon in spanish, “Que? Hace me el favor, se portó horriblemente mal que hasta la persona que lo dejo aquí dijo que era tremendo pesado.”Mind you, during this whole interaction, the front desk woman is dying of laughter.I step to the side to see who’s screaming at me instead of peaking they’re head over and tell them how my boyfriend was the person who dropped my dog off and he just warned them, as we do every new service place, that he was a very nervous dog and isn’t too fond of new people so he might be a little hesistant at first. They both tell me how that’s not what he said and that again, my dog behaved horribly end was un are able to deal with.I conclude the conversation and wait for my dog to be given to me to get out of the salon. As if the interaction wasn’t HORRIBLE enough, when i get to the car i notice his face is not cleaned or cut and it’s full of eye boogers, the same way i left him. The way they cut his hair was super choppy and even cut him again! They left a little indent/hole on his back leg close to his butt!! I wasn’t told about this when picking him up either.

I have taken my pets to this Salon they have always treated my pets like queens. They took care of Yorkiepoo who has transitioned and now they care of the Goldendoodle.

Do not take your pet here, I have a Bichon frise and I recently went to take him, I told the lady at the front to only cut a little bit of his hair since he is a fluffy dog, she charged me $40 for this, when I went back to pick him up they had chopped all of his hair completely, it is beyond me that for a small dog she decided to charge me that amount when she didn't even style him, when I complained and said you chopped all of his hair, she just said "oh really " too short? These people don't care what the instructions of the animal owners say to them, they end up doing what ever they feel like and never take full responsibility for what they did. I'm never taking my dog to this business again.

Customer Service was very unpleasant. I asked for a trim and she shaved all my dogs hair off. She was in a hurry gave me no time to even explain. When I arrived they were complaining about another little dog...bad ?When I saw my dog I wanted to cry...dont leave ur dog unattended! My dog is super depressed! If not i wouldn complai. Now I understand why there was no dogs there! While everyone was booked!

The ladies that work here love to turn down work. They only allow you to bring your dog from 8:30am-12:00pm. They have no customer service and their favorite response is always no. They never answer the phone for appointments and then when you get there they turn you down.

Absolutely do not recommend ever going here. I normally take my pit bull/ terrier mix here and they do an okay job for a low price. I'm currently fostering a senior dog that's skinnier than my dog and a taller than my dog. I asked for everything done: ears, teeth: nail trimming, and a bath. I came to pick them up and not only did they have me hold my senior dog because they couldn't restrain her, they didn't even clean her properly. I paid $100 for them to do a terrible job. When I got home I was petting her and her fur was filled with dust and wasn't even soft. I decided to look at their teeth, ears, and nails and they weren't done either. Honestly a complete waste of time and money. The lady at the front was nice about it but the lady grooming was a complete a** hat that gave me attitude. If I could give them no stars I would. Do not bring you pet here.

This is the last time I bring my pet here. One cut here or there is understandable but my pet was returned covered in cuts and has been in pain all day. I understand sometimes dogs can become too anxious/rowdy but my dog is small and can easily be restrained or held in a comfortable way. In the case where it is impossible to cute my dog's hair, why not give me a call and inform that they cannot perform their services and issue a refund? I can’t even imagine how they struggle with a bigger dog.
