Got my 82” Samsung led backlight replaced after two sides went out. Excellent service and communication. Highly recommend. They even delivered the tv to me and helped me mount it back on the wall. Thanks again Ivan and Rick.

Today I visited this workshop and I was impressed by Ivan's professionalism and kindness. He took the time to explain the failure of my TV to me, and helped me understand it. Since I had previously spent $ in another workshop without results, he suggested that I purchase an accessory on Amazon that would solve the problem and advised not to invest more money in my TV. They don't do that in all workshops. He even did not want to receive any payment for this action, and it was a gesture that I appreciated.

After our recent move, our large LCD TV, already mounted on our living room wall, wouldn't turn on. I tried everything. So, in exasperation, I dialed a company nearby I had never heard of. Immediately, after my first conversation with Ivan, I could see this group was credible, reputable, and honest. Ivan, with no obligation, took time to help me troubleshoot, and tried very hard to help me, though nothing would bring power to my TV. So early the following week, he dispatched Ricardo, who came to my home and in a matter of minutes had the TV working (he pressed the power button around 12 times, rapidly, then powered it on). This family business is one that goes the extra mile, and takes away all worries and concerns from the customer. From their outstanding service, professionalism and warmth, I couldn't recommend any other company after experiencing how they helped me.

I had a main board issue with my LG OLED TV. I called LG and they referred me to other electrical technicians. None of the technicians referred by LG took the time to assist me with my issue. I did a Google search for my area, and found TV Guy. I spoke to Ivan. Ivan was polite and EXTREMELY helpful. He took time from his busy schedule to answer my multiple calls and messages. He was honest in his evaluation of my TV issue, and gave me different options to solve the problem. In more than one occasion kept telling me his main concern was to help me get my TV fixed. He even gave me options so that I could save money. I am very pleased with TV Guy and Ivan. I will not hesitate to contact them again for any major electronic issues. I know that TV Guys have my best interest at heart. I STRONGLY recommend that if you are have issues with your electronics that you contact TV Guy, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Ivan from the bottom of my heart.

Had an error code on my Sony Bravia & couldn't get an image. Took it to TV guy & Ivan knew exactly what was wrong. Ordered the parts & got my TV back in working order. Found him to be very knowledgeable & honest. Waited almost a month to make sure all is still ok. Thanks Ivan!

Short version: I needed to get a TV repaired. I live in Hollywood and needed to find someone that I trusted. I took a chance and called the TV Guy and I am so glad I did!Long version: Everyone has a story and mine was that I needed to move my Mother in Law into an Assisted Living Facility and was hoping not to incur more expenses than necessary and to see if a TV that was not used for a while can be repaired. After talking to Ivan on the phone, we agreed since the TV would fit in my car that I would bring it over for him to evaluate. The cost was $40 but that can be used against the repair. Ivan is a second generation at the TV Guy started by his dad. Ivan has been in the business since he was a little kid (thanks to his Dad) and loves what he does. Ivan cares, which was evident when he realized that he could not repair the TV without it costing more than the TV was worth. What he did next was amazing; he started looking around the shop for a TV that he can offer our family (at a fair price) that would solve the issue with moving my MIL into her new home. Now that is someone who cares about people and the work that he does. I had to snap a couple of pictures because if you are lucky enough to meet his 4-legged protector Riley, you will fall in love! Thank you again Ivan for your thoughtfulness and compassion. Wishing you much success!

So my 65” TV suddenly stopped working in the middle of watching UFC (great ?). I brought my TV in and was met by Ivan. He was very thorough, quickly diagnosed the issue. He was able to resolve it in a timely manner at a very reasonable price, and saved me from having to purchase a new TV. I would absolutely recommend to anyone having issues with their TV.

I thought once a TV broke today it was not worth fixing I was wrong!I called TV GUY - they were on time, polite and reasonable.Lighting fell in our backyard, many of our circuit breaker went off and so did our beautiful 75” Sony! We tried to reset it but nothing worked! The same TV I bought only 4 years ago was still $2900. They opened the TV, tested the it and gave me the good news- only needed resetting! Thank you for your honesty and great service! Only paid for service call. Will recommend TV GUY to all my friends and family!

Wow, what a great experience! I was having issues with my television when a friend recommended this business to me. I called and spoke on the phone with Rick, and you can tell he truly cares about his service and that he had an expansive knowledge about televisions. He assured me the issue would be resolved efficiently and quickly. Along with that, he had an extremely welcoming and considerate attitude. My television was back up and running as good as new, just as promised. The end cost for the services was affordable too. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is having an television issues. Rick really is the "TV guy"!
