My reviews is strictly based on my hair stylist which works out of this salon. I have never gotten my nails done here so I can't speak for the nails but I can definitely speak for my hair stylist Rafael!!!! I have been doing my hair by him for over 10 years now. Everywhere that he has worked I have followed him to! He is definitely the best hair stylist there is out there and he will definitely give you WHATEVER look you want without damaging your hair unlike other hair stylists who care about nothing more than the money! And the Cuban ladies that he works with are definitely hilarious, I never fail to laugh every time that I come here! I love my hair stylist Rafael!!!! The best!!!!!!!!

I only put one star because I have no other choice in order to leave a review. I came here one weekday afternoon when the salon was slow. There were no other customers waiting so I asked if I could get my nails done as a walk-in. The receptionist turned to another woman in the salon to ask her if it was ok. The second lady ( who was rude and unprofessional) didn't even look at me or acknowledge me and just said no. I walked out and went next door and spent my money on friendly, professional people who did an amazing job on my nails. I guess I shouldn't have expected much from a Cuban-run business in Hialeah. Spend your money elsewhere.
