My name is Eudo Acuna, candidate ID 0020486291, I went to an interview today at 9:00AM, I was told, my English needed to be improved even when I answered all questions in English I just request to repeat one sentence since I couldn't understand. HR last said, reason why she was not choosing me, it's because I needed to improve my English not because of the customers, it's actually because of the corporate people that visit the store, and ask questions to the sales associate, and due to my no perfect English, I wasn't going to be able to reply to corporate people. My question is, is Home Depot looking for sales associate for customer or to make corporate people happy? Do I need to have a 100% perfect English to be able to work on the store? I felt very discriminated and racist behavior on that Home Depot, I don't think I will apply ever again to work on Home Depot very disappointing, I never thought this was a problem. PD: I currently work at Sedano's and I have no issues with my English not with customers not with corporate, take note, sometimes we need to leave discrimination on side and give opportunity to people that want to work.

Incorrectly charged me $600 for late return of truck rental, despite returning the truck back the same day. Will never utilize this service again.

I asked for a 4 foot xmas tree. The guy said they only have 6 feet. I asked if one wonky on the top or bottom would be 4 ish asfter shaving. Nope. So whatever. Paid the extra 30. I got a completely different tree than i picked out! It was 4 feet! But i paid for the 6 foot. And was so spotty! It was not the one i chose and paid for. They put a different tree on the car! I immediately contacted homedepot with the reciept and the measurement/ pic of what i got. No response.

Coming to this Home Depot store for the first time was not a good experience at all. One of the employees at this location started harassing me & calling me "dolly". I refuse to ever come to this place ever again. If you are LGBTQ+ STAY AWAY FROM PLACES LIKE THIS ONE. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

This home depot is literally worse than a zoo. Not to mention that you should wear a mask inside. The place is absolutely filthy and dusty. On a positive note they always have everything in stock that I need.

Worse customer service I ever had. You ask a question they just tell u to go and won't help you at all. Im here at rental department no one available to help. Been here for almost 30min. I asked to speak with a manager 20min ago and still nothing. This is the worse home depot store I ever been. Will never come back to a home depot. LOWES is where Ill be going from now on

We rented the mantis XP tiller and bring it home only to find the throttle handle is broken and there is a sticker tag saying it is in need of service and should not be rented... so why did they rent it to me?

I normally don't mind paying a little extra for things from Home Depot, but the staff was not helpful with an item I was looking for and When I finally found the single one they had in stock it was broken. The guy helping me did not try to help me find another or see if there was one in another store.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. This is an update to a review I posted back in May. My special order was cancelled by the store after they claimed they called me and I didn't respond. Like I said before, the employee who called and left a message was unintelligible, and calling that store is an exercise in frustration. I finally went to see why it was cancelled, but they told me it was not cancelled, just that the order was in the stockroom. The manager said he would go check on it, but after waiting half an hour for him to return, I left. Yesterday I went back to get my money refunded. The store clerk told me the money had been refunded, according to the computer system, but it had not been, according to my bank account. Again I asked to speak to the manager, but the employee said he was very busy and it might take a long time. Again, I waited half an hour, and no manager. Finally I ended up filing a claim with my bank and that's how I got my money back. What a f****** bunch of relentless assholes.

Home Depot (generally, not this specific store) has the very worst delivery service possible. Please don't use it. You will miss days of work waiting for delivery you were told was scheduled and spend hours and hours on the phone, only to be provided misinformation. The customer service people try to please but don't have any ability to change anything so it's like talking to a brick. There is something deeply flawed with their process of home delivery and installation, and the function on their website for this is a complete failure. I feel very sorry for anyone who works at Home Depot delivery customer service, but slightly more sorry for myself due to the what its cost me to try to manage my delivery in a zero-transparency setting.
