Left store very disappointed due to returning an item $5.99 I bought from Marshall couple hours before---I stop at this store to purchase item and when I tried to request return Yenia supervisor said NO! --had to go to Marshall bcus I bought it there --As far as I know TJ and Marshall are related -- I have exchanged/return before @ TJ --can not understand reasoning and since she made me go back to marshall to return my item I decided to do my purchases at marshall ,customer service needs to improved and the bathrooms were disgusting AFTER MAKING A HUGE LINE she made me go back to marshall INCREDIBLE she needs training in customer service

The line lasted an hour, only two boxes were open, people abandoned the carts with the products and left, the wait is too long, a shame

Only two cashiers and a huge line to pay. With so many people out of work, I don't know why every time I go to a store there are huge checkout lines and only two cashiers.
