Great service and good prices. The male tech does a great job with acrylic nails. Makes them look realistic. He takes his time shaping them. Usually don’t have a long wait time.

Where to begin... I was at this nail spot a week ago. I got a pedicure with what I thought was regular polish . My toe nail paint started chipping so I came to another nail spot to get them fixed. Come to find out the guy used gel! No wonder they started chipping . I also have to add how he cut me when he cut my toe nail on my big toe. It was painful for days. I think that he wasn't trained well not sure if all the staff is like that but do not go here .

This place has gotten awful....they did lousy job on nails my cuticle was cut. I did acrilyc nails and the result was sloppy 1 week later and it started to lift up..save your money and dont come hereServices: Manicure

The good: Lili is the absolute most skilled nail technician I've ever had. I went to her for almost a year. She really takes her time to make sure the dip looks natural. She is so sweet. The bad: I stopped going there because of the business practices. As I said, I went for about a year. During that time they would randomly up their prices without saying anything until it's time to pay. I found this to be horrible business practices. They do not honor appointments. I always made an appointment. They even knew my voice on the phone after a while. I would get there a few minutes before my appointment time because I respect appointment times and Lili would be just starting another customer. One time, I made two appointments to take my niece. She was eager to try out the place because I had been speaking so highly of Lili. We had TWO appointments. We get there and had to wait 1 1/2hours before even getting started. After 1 1/2 we gave up and left. I was so embarrassed. The worst thing was once when I had an appointment for a dip manicure and pedicure. After Lili finished my dip manicure, she sent me over to the pedicure chairs. A different, obviously new person came over. No one speaks english there so I was confused but thought maybe she would just be taking off my polish and getting started for Lili. Oh no.... She started using the machine to remove my polish. I kept trying to tell her it wasn't gel polish, it was regular polish. I just started standing up and told her to stop. There was this big ruckus because I was saying I was leaving. Lili came running over and told me to sit and she would finish it. It wasn't until I got home and realized she CRACKED my toe nail in half. Oh but I still went back!!!! They're a family business, their children are there sometimes so I didn't want to take the business away from them. And Lili really is fantastic. After the cracked toenail incident, I decided I could still go just for my nails. I had a 2 1/2 hour work break in the middle of the day. I called to see if Lili was available. The owner told me yes, to come. I told him I was on a work break. He said yes, come. I was there in 10 minutes. I was ASTONISHED that when I got there she had just started someone's acrylic nails. Are you kidding me???? I had to wait 45 minutes before she started my nails. That was it for me. As skilled as she is, I can never go back. It's such a shame. There is no consideration for clients. They actually treat clients with pure disrespect.

Not pleased at all. So unsanitary and the cost is like going to a 5 star salón. I still have the smell of urine beneath my nose!!! I am not going to lie, this is the only Vietnamese, Chinese salon where they take out ingrown nails. That's my peeve, other than that everything else is downhill. I am so irritated with the way this lady painted my nails. Sincerely just wanted to get out of there when I stepped for in it. The salon is the chairs and layout it's like you are not in a decent place to relax. I was annoyed the min I stepped in. I was courteous just to give them the benefit of the doubt. At first I was saying to myself, chill everything will be fine you'll see you will like how the outcome. The way my bails were painted was not worth $70!!! I still have a decent tip because that's just me and I'm appreciative.

I'm so happy I found this Gem! Not only are the staff so nice and friendly but do a spectacular job as technicians. My $$$ is worth every penny. I highly recommend the Nail shop to women and men alike. There will be no regrets.

DO WASTE YOUR TIME HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You call to make an appointment when you arrive they don't even remember you calling even thou the caller id says I called! Horrible service did even offer to help instead lying saying I did call!
