My experience in children’s Place was horrible.The store manager was disrespectful and rude. I was trying to be respectful with my words but they made me really stressed. I asked for the workers name but a worker refused to tell me.the other worker lied about her name. One worker said that I’m the problem in this situation. I was with my daughter’s and they know how disrespectful they were. Then the same worker said I cannot have a phone with a person in this situation. Store: 1068.

This place is a disgusting mess. They are so concerned with customers walking in at closing time that they feel the need to tell you that they’re closing in 10 minutes when in actuality, they’re closing in 15 minutes. I have gone there twice in the last week and the workers just make you feel unwelcome. For example, today I walked in at 8:35 pm and I heard the manager tell one of the associates to close one of the doors. I guess this is to deter any other customers from coming in. This is just poor customer service and it makes me think that this is the reason brick and mortar stores are closing. What they lack in convenience, they should be over-compensating in excellent customer service. They have clearly missed the mark on this. Moreover, when you walk in, the clothes are strewn all over the place, there are stacks of cardboard boxes, and there’s a huge ugly garbage can right at the entrance of the store. The fitting rooms look like the entrance to a sweatshop warehouse. They should spend more time tidying up the store than trying to kick all the customers out by 8:45 pm. I would not be surprised if this place went out of business soon. I hope that corporate reads this and does something about it. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because they have an okay selection of clothing, once you get through the mess.

No lo recomiendo, el customer service bien educado pero hice una orden donde me decían paciencia que la orden llega... su orden ya está en la tienda hace días(cosa que no era verdad porque fui y no estaba)... tiene que esperar unos días más..... no te preocupes que si su orden se pierde la volvemos hacer. Me pase más de los 10 días estipulados para recoger la orden en la tienda, tuve la paciencia que me pidieron y cuando decido llamar nuevamente me dicen que desgraciadamente la única solución es cancelar la orden, que me darán unos cupones pero que no me pueden garantizar que sea el mismo precio, lógico, cuando hago la orden nuevamente ya no había la mitad de las cosas. Hablé con un supervisor y por gusto. Que por política y por mi seguridad la orden no se podía reordenar. Tuve que poner una orden por delivery pagando 20 $ para que me llegara más rápido la orden. No recomiendo el servicio por pick up in store. Si necesitan algo urgente vayan directo a la tienda y los precios además son diferentes que hacerlos online. Muy mala experiencia

The customer service in this store is horrible. Unfortunately it’s not the 1st time I have an issue with the store and how they handle online orders. I have been currently waiting 6 minutes for an associate to pick up the phone (see picture below). I waiting until 10 minutes for it to continue ringing. Finally someone picked up and I asked them about an online order I made on May 22nd and I have yet to receive an email or notification that the store has received it. The associate states that it has arrived at the store. I was also inquiring why I didn’t receive a notification if supposedly I was supposed to receive one once the shipment was scanned. I inquired what day was it scanned as I didn’t get a phone call/ email. She said it wasn’t showing in their system. Please give your employees more training on serving customers the right way.

Horrible customer service from manager Aurelia, except for young lady at cashier. They have option for pick up but no assigned area for pick up. Called many times & no one answer. Yes dear manager you are responsible for everything that happens in store and services provided.

This store is the definition of disrespect as a former employee the general manager would threaten to fire you just because you’re staying after hours to clean up the store. They don’t care about their employees or personal matters whatsoever, the managers are very self centered as well as rude and their store is very unorganized. Very sad and unprofessional.

After 19 years going to this place and be a Loyal client, today August 16/2022 I had a really bad experience. There was any available fillings rooms, because they have the merchandise in there.; the place is a mess. And the morning manager a lady I don’t know her name she was really unprofessional. Hopefully they will get better.

I was given a $25 gift card for Mother’s Day and I decided to check out what TCP has to offer online, so I searched around and got 5 items and I mean sets of clothing for my soon to be 3 year old son and I must say and all with in my $25 budget. I had no problems placing the order online and the order got to the store as directed in the receipt and the in store pick up was easy as one two and three. One thing to know about online order, is once the order arrives, you basically has a three day grace period until the order expires and you might have your money returned to your card and have to purchase it again or go directly to the store and they’ll match the low price you got on your online order alone with the discounts. In my case, I was able to call on the third day , which is the final day and I was affirmed of having my order sent back but I called in to the store and they assure me not to worry they don’t mind holding it for an extra day. Very much appreciated. Therefore; I highly recommend this place for all mothers and fathers looking to buy your children nice and todays hottest picks at such a low price. I personally like the sales and discount they offer especially if you enroll by SMS (through the mobile app- thechildrensplace.com) Size is correct as it says in the description and I can’t wait to try on these cute outfits on my son. Indeed , I must say, there are a lot clothing for girls and not as much for boys but if you look around like I did you’ll find great deals and dinosaur T-shirt’s plus more. I recommend checking on line first. They can ship to to any local store that’s in your zip code area. ? I give this establishment a 5 star rating.

They always have cute clothes and affordable, the only unfortunate is that the store is a bit messy and the customer service needs to be a little more warm with the customers. Lines take too long, and the registers are very slow. Overall, love the brand children’s place.

I will no longer go to that store at Westland Mall in Hialeah, FL. Terrible customer service. The workers are not attentive at all, very rude.

I will never shop with your company again after coming to your store and was discriminated against. I have called customer service and have filed a formal complaint against your staff member Aurelia (supposedly a manager) who thought that it was ok to walk away from me. She ignored me when I asked for help and pretended to act like she doesn’t speak English. When I expressed the poor customer service to another cashier. She then proceed to talk about me to a customer in front of my face as if I didn’t know what she was saying. Saying that I was crazy in Spanish.

I went here yesterday and I was attended well by the cashier, Jacqueline Palencia. She was very kind with me, asked if I found everything okay. Made sure to get my phone number for the rewards and explained how the reward system works. Nice service.
