We are a Polynesian Luau show in Waikiki. The chairs were expectedly great. Here were the positive surprises. Randy was the easiest person to work with. He responds quickly, he solves your problems and is a real pro. And shipping things to Hawaii was no easy task but Randy made things so easy for this transaction. If I could give bonus stars, I would have. And I have dealt with many many vendors but Randy shines brighter than anyone. Your problems are his problems. That’s the true test of customer satisfaction.

Chivari is amazing! Chairs and cushions looks fabulous and Randy was great to work with, He answered many of questions and really took care of all my needs. Sad that I have to come back and change my review as I used to love doing business with the company. I have even met the owner in person before and he was very nice. My last order after my review I had issues with being invoiced one price then being charged a totally different price. I referred this company to a friend and she said she had the same issues with being given several prices. I think that should be fixed its not ok to give one price then change it to something totally different.

Randy Saved the Day! I needed 190- 8 foot tables and the company I had ordered them from- was not going to be able to hit my delivery date like they originally said they would. I called Chiavari - in a panic...Randy answered, he got my order in and delivered THE SAME WEEK. And he checked in multiple times a day to let me know all was tracking well. He literally saved my event. THANK YOU!

I want to tell you this was by far the most difficult situation I have ever incurred in ordering from a company. The ordering was not difficult at all it was in the delivery. BUT your representative, George Ramierz should be given a raise after his ability to stay the course with me and not give up on getting our cushions to us. The carrier was absolutely in the wrong but George's attention to detail and his courteous attitude was very refreshing in this crazy world. I will definitely keep you in mind for future purchases.
