I give one star so I can give my opinion. Today, Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 12:06 pm, I went to the bank to open my first bank account. When I arrived at the place, the first thing I noticed was tremendous disorder and no one approached me to see what I wanted, but hey, that's not the biggest problem. I approach the girl at the reception and tell her that I want to open a bank account and she tells me that they only open accounts for people with work permits category #5 and #6 and she checks my work permit and tells me that Mine is category #11 that cannot open the account for me. And I wonder, why?I went precisely because 2 friends who do not have a work permit recommended TD Bank to me because they have an account with them. So what changed? Once again I went to another TD Banks branch and something similar happened, they told me that for Cubans there are different and stricter procedures, why? I am going to write to the media to see if any official gives a response about these abuses that are happening in their branches and gives a convincing response.

The worst of the worst in this bank branch, you arrive at 1:11 p.m. and their hours for today, Sunday, are until 2:00 p.m. and once inside they tell me that I have to leave because they are already closed, lack of ethics and Everything they are and the bad service is legendary here, for me I will not be their clients again, the worst of the worst....

For me, one of the best in responsibility, they do change the staff a lot and have to be more selective, but I like it a lot. It is in a good place and the only one with such a flexible schedule.

Don't bother calling this branch no one picks up the phone. Wait time is horrible, management apparently doesn't care about the quality of customer service they provide.

TD Bank is usually a good choice. However, this branch is a disaster. Long lines both inside or at the drive thru. It is simply understaffed. There are only 2 reps at the main operations desk. This time, my visit for a simple deposit took 30 minutes or longer.

The App doesn’t work. One employee I spoke to on November 4, 2022 was very rude to me. She took my (2nd) last name off my Debit Card. I canceled it, currently 23:34. I have no access to my resources for the next 10 Days because she blocked my account.;The App is useless.11/11/2022 - The woman that was helping me get a new debit card- changed my my PIN number.

I think after all the $35 overdraw fee I’ve paid them as a customer and how they handle the charges for it is absurd. Yes I had a negative balance so they closed my account the day a check was deposited. After they close and had a hold on a check to clear. Normal , after it cleared 10 day wait they had the rest of the funds mail which took another 10 days. I tried to open a new account with them with $15000 worth of checks but they said they couldn’t when I was told by the charge off department that I could. So that’s why a negative review because one say one thing and the other another
