First time I go to the López optician, very good treatment, Isha treated me well, she explained my doubts well, she took her time with me, she was very kind, the prices of the eyeglasses vary, they have eyeglasses with affordable prices, I recommend this optician 100%, in my case they gained a client .
Another detail, there is plenty of parking.

Mediocre service. My mom had to go back and forth 4 times because they couldn't get her prescription right. Then, when its my time to get new glasses, the glasses are scratched when I go to pick them up. An apology was nowhere to be found, which doesn't surprise me. Now, they have to be sent back to the lab. Let's see how that goes. There are tons of better opticals than this one. Continue searching.

Didn’t measure my vision right, when I mentioned the lends they gave me were wrong they said my “eyes would adjust”, which they never did. When I picked up my glasses, the legs were stretched out and now they constantly fall off my face. When I asked them to fix it they said they couldn’t because I didn’t buy the frame there.Lousy service all around.

This place has been my go to place for many years, I recommended to my daughter we both made appointments over a week ago, today we arrived at the store before was opened, My daughter was let in and a lady that came half an hour after us was let in before me. I ask the guy whom let her in and he said to take my complain to the doctor.For sure I would never go back and make sure my friends and family find a better place. I am giving 1 start because there are no 0, but that is what they deserve for bad service and unprofessionalism

Walked in today because my $500 Rey-BanProgressive glasses that I purchased here almost a year ago have lost all the color fading around the glass and they want to re-charge me $180.00 to replace the glass on the frame. Made a big mistake coming here, go some where else if you have a warranty problem they won’t stick you like this place, that’s why they don’t have any business. Don’t bother responding you guys at Óptica Lopez are all full of it.

This place have no respect for costumers, my wife make an appointment for a exam and after being waiting for two weeks we arrived an the doctor was gone with no explanation just because he was tired and decided to go home, TREMENDOUSLY DISRESPECTFUL PLACE not recommended at all , by the way the appointment was for 1:30pm and we got there at 1:20 pm and no one ask us to help until 15 minutes later or more, Still more disrespectful try to said that we got late

10/10. Excellent treatment, they helped me choose some nice glasses. I opted for some very nice Victoria's Secret. I am very pleased, I liked them, they fit me comfortably and I see perfectly. I am somewhat indecisive when choosing my lenses but I had no problems this time. Thank you Óptica López.

Terrible place, I went last Saturday to pick up an order from my sister and after standing for 20 minutes when someone finally helped me they told me it wasn't ready after I had called her to come pick it up I asked for an explanation and a man who By the way, he doesn't have any tact in treating the customer, he gave me a cheap excuse that I'm not even going to comment on, tremendous disorganization and terrible service, I don't recommend it at all.
