In 2022, I decided to call my local State Farm agency to seek a quote for car insurance. This is when I met Darlene. She is a breath of fresh air. She is so caring and listened to my concerns regarding car insurance and switching from Geico to State Farm. Darlene was never judgmental and had all of the patience in the world as I asked her a ton of questions regarding car insurance. She even helped me get renters insurance! She made me feel at home and very comfortable. I feel that State Farm has my back because Darlene is there to guide me through the services and options possible. Darlene has always treated me very professionally despite the many calls I have made to her regarding pet insurance and homeowners’ insurance. I knew I wanted Darlene to help me get homeowners insurance through State Farm now that my family and I have purchased a home. I could not have imagined going through this buying process without Darlene. She explained to me the details regarding homeowners’ insurance and is currently assisting me in getting Life Insurance through State Farm.Darlene is a professional that is punctual and follows through. When she promises that she will call me back by the end of the day she actually does. Great insurance agency. I’m very pleased with my agent, Yuliet Morales who is not only knowledgeable but fast and efficient. I switched my auto and home policies to this agency 3 years ago and since then I have not looked anywhere else. They are committed to excellent customer service and the customers’ satisfaction.
