staff could be a little friendlier, smile a little, and maybe a "thank you" doesn't cost much. after all I just spent $175.00 in 12 minutes. Everyone seems to be upset with the customers.

Love Sherwin-Williams Miami Lakes store - open even on Sunday!! and.. Steve - the rep - should have a 10+ in knowledge and customer service, so... if you ever need an excellent paint and great customer service... just stop by
