In 4 weeks in a row, I had to come inside to get a pump receipt. The convenience of pay with the mobile app at the pump and save time is useless because you must make a line to be attended.

For being the gasoline station, this is a ridiculous place. I went to put Diesel and I went to a pump. No one was there and they only have four pumps for diesel. My card wasn't reading. I went inside and the lady told me no because that's already reserved for somebody else even though that person is not here. First time I ever heard that . I wasn't going to put gas but I had to cuz I was too low. The food here is stale doesn't taste good? You're better off somewhere else. And this is not the first incident I have in this gas station. For sure I'm not coming back.

I recently purchased $15 worth of gas at this station, but my bank statement shows a charge of $27.98. To make matters worse, the pump doesn't provide receipts, and the clerk claimed the system can't print one. This discrepancy is highly suspicious and suggests potential fraudulent activity. I strongly advise avoiding this gas station.

Always check for prices before paying cash, I was about to pay for an item that i normally paid 8.75 at Orion down the road and here the girl tried charge me 14.99 are you serious? Price gauging at its best.

I like the location and it's clean but every time I shop there I've been overcharged for small items. The cashiers needs more training. I bought two Grandma cookies and red bull and it came up to almost $10 dollars. I feel like I've been robbed

I visited this Shell Gas Station today and was very impressed with the cleanliness and superb customer service I experienced. The girls behind the counter were so nice and friendly and offered me some of the best coffee I have had in the city of Hialeah! While I was on the sales floor I was greeted by Leo the store manager and he was so pleasant to speak with. At his suggestion I tried out his car wash for the first time and was thrilled with the experience and how clean my car ended up. I would highly recommend the experience to the best gas station I have visited in a long time. You made a new customer experience awesome!!!

The staff is always friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the store. I've never seen the staff or cashiers ever disrespect anyone. On the contrary, the employees have always maintained they're composure when confronted by disrespectful customers on numerous occasions.
There's many pumps available with no wait times.
