The pumps and store are not 24 hours! Other than that I’ve never had any issues and cafeteria staff and food are great.

Hello!!! HOLA! Be Nice OK?I have taken time to read many of the posted reviews about this Shell Gas Station. A restaurant, and store, food and drinks on the inside. Yes! I agree, they can be RUDE their. I too, have been insulted by that lady working the cash register. And I have also experienced some bad behavior, and bad conduct because they simply don't know what you are saying in English to them. And, they can too, be just as RUDE in Spanish with there own Spanish speaking people (customers). Some people feel challenged when spoken to in a language they don't understand. But, don't get rude... they've never had it so FREE! But only in AMERICA ?? they find Freedom where Education is the key ?.However, they do keep some of the lowest gas prices in the area. Shell Gas ⛽ is the only reason why I shop their. I do not patronize the foods that are sold on the inside of this Shell Gas Station. I only stop for the petrol... gasoline ⛽. Sometimes there is congestion at the pumps for the prices is lower than many other fuel filling stations. Yes! I Said It! TheLeader1 "Captain"... and so on. ? God bless the USA ??. Salute.

Customer service is bad, I spoke three times with respect and repeated good morning and she said nothing, not even back in Spanish. Didn't even give me a fake smile on my way out, then I said have a good bless day, she sat back down and started back filling her nails down Lol #Ok

Wednesday, November 23, 6:50 pm, I had the bad experience that when I went to the checkout to pay for the gasoline that I was going to put in my car, the lady who was going to serve me was busy with her phone and when I told her if she could help me She treated her in a bad way, I didn't want to respond in the same way because she is an adult woman. The Managers of these companies have to know well the people who are going to give her this job.

Shell in Hialeah is the only place that will accept your credit card. I had so much urgency and I only had a credit card and other gas stations don't accept credit cards, but they do. Thank you really, I was out of time and you saved my life. Greetings for that great service.

This place is ridiculous. The cash register lady is useless. Everytime i ask for help shes clueless and not helpful. Also every night is a new closing time. Im here at 8:18pm & the pumps are closed already but it says 24hrs or atleast from what i know its suppose to be 9pm not 45min before 9. Save yourself the troubles and go to the chevron on 54st and lejeune 2blocks away

The dispatcher is an old woman with really bad manners and rude, she doesn’t know how to deal with Custumer service I will never come back to this place I hope management can work better next time

I got here with a 5 gallon container and for some reason when the container was full the pump was showing that I pumped 5.25 gallons. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
