FORGIVE ME FOR BAD GRAMMAR AND SPELLING ERRORS, I AM ANGRYMy tire on the car was flat and everyone was telling me in the road, so I quickly was able to find a shell gas station that carries a tire inflator. This gas station had both vacuum and tire inflator....so I had $1.50 IN QUARTERS and when I finished inserting the coins, nothing happened NOTHING!!!!....so I go inside the store and tell one of the workers of the situation. I asked him for a refund because my tire is still flat, the machine never turned on, and I have no quarters left..... He tells me "no they won't give me back my $1.50." then I told the guy that I wish to speak to his supervisor and he said that her supervisor was home asleep and no I won't return the quarters back, and he told me that the air inflator and the vacuum didn't belong to the SHELL gas station that it belongs to BUT A REGULAR a "mom and pop" BAKERY stores. So I told them that I am going to call the police and I dial 911 in the phone speakers for he can hear the 911 lady...he only speaks Spanish, no English. So he has a costumer that is a regular at your shell gas station to translate my English words into Spanish because he doesn't speak not one word of English ...unless it's hello or goodbye .....so I went outside, and I asked the lady on the 911 call.... What was the number for the police who do not pursue immediately threat? She gave me the number, I called, they picked up the phone I spoke to her about my situation, and they told be to wait 30 min and that VERY same costumer that was helping the worker ..........this explanation is too long, and I am getting angry over it every time I think about it, I get boiling mad because the machine belonged to shell and when I told him about it, he laughed and told me that the machine doesn't belong to the gas station when I took pictures, and it clearly does belong to shell.....I cannot let this experience go away without leaving it alone.
