Be careful with offers they advertise at stores from manufacturers. When you buy it online, they place the order on hold, take your money out your card, and dont let you know anything about it. I bought a mattress+box spring offer. If I dont call, I wouldnt have known anything about it. That happens in companies where customer satisfaction does not care at all.

Went for luggage but the prices are not competitive. Those % percentages are a misleading tool to sale items. If you hike the price and give a percentage at the end you paid the same or more.?

This store is literally empty. I’m not sure if they do this cause of shoplifters but if you can’t have a Sephora stocked like any other one and can’t afford to have loss prevention then you shouldn’t be open. WAY too many things are not in stock, shelves completely empty, they don’t give out mini samples if you ask like every other Sephora, and a lady that works there denied my return even though I had a receipt and it was in returnable condition just because I didn’t buy this in a JC penny Sephora which was strange.

I would like to take some valuable time out of my day to express how unsatisfied and offended i am because of this place. I have never felt so robbed from a company ever.??♂️I purchased a ring here for my girlfriend along with a protection plan for it. My order was saved electronically to my phone number, address and name. I needed a ring resize and so with my protection it was granted, but they did a terrible job and afterwards the ring broke!I took the ring back to them and gave them my information for them to check my plan and according to them nothing appears in the system about the ring even though they were able to pull up my account.I confusingly demanded to do something about the situation since I payed for this and i was promised that the plan would be saved electronically for a lifetime. Though they proceeded to speak absurd things and told me with exact words “We might have told you it would be saved, but you should not have trusted the system because the system may erase records after some time”. So there you have it, said by themselves. Don’t trust them or their system!?I insisted for them to help me because it was clearly their fault, the manager went ahead and offended me and my girlfriend by rolling her eyes and turning her back on us while we spoke! Not only did they do a terrible job, additionally I was lied to, mocked, robbed me of my money, our time and confidence in this brand. We were not treated like valuable costumers, they made us feel helpless. Never purchasing here again and would never want anyone to go through such terrible situation.❌❌

Very disappointed at the customer service at this location. Horrible customer service, the employees were rude, disrespectful and made the return process a nightmare. If I could give them minus zero star, I would!Will not be coming back to this JCP or recommending to anyone to shop there. I had to return some items that I purchased less than a month ago. I had my receipt, and she refused to scan it because she said that it wasn’t need it. Once she was done with the return process, she only gave me back $8.55, when I had originally paid $55. I tried to explain that my receipt was still within the returning period and the full refund should be awarded had she scanned my receipt from the beginning. She was very unprofessional and didnt want to scan my original purchase receipt and told me “that I was no one to tell her how to do her job”. Didnt even bother to look at other options and find a solution. After much insistence and requesting a supervisor to rectify the situation, she scanned my receipt like I had told her from the beginning and the return was finalized properly. She didnt even apologize and threw the receipt to my face.

The only reason I gave them 3 Stars is for the store Customer Service which is awesome. Other than that CS over the phone is less than acceptable, and their ability to discern (CS over phone) is less than low. Striking combination (for the worst)It is, on top of everything, so offensive to realize the answer I was given to the above experience was an automated one, from the owner it says? Seriously doubt any of the owners taking personal care. It is offensive and degrading. Now I just despite this place. Sorry for the really good people that works over there.

I recently visit JC penny in Hialeah with my mother and sister, we were impress with the treatment that Blanca Alfaro gave my mother. She helped my mom to look for the shoes she wanted. She was smiling, friendly, treated my mom with dignity and respect. We felt like going back the next day, she was amazing. Thank you!

I was very surprised. Not having bought anything at Penny's in years. I did enjoy shopping ?️ there. Store was full and the workers were very friendly. They got what I wanted right aways. Would shop there again

Terrible customer service. The short curly haired lady that works at the register by the optic center needs to learn some manners and how to deal with customers. She was working the cashier during my visit and there were two people in line ahead of me and she could not deal with the issue the first person was having. Then another lady that came after us asked about online pickup and she immediately began to help her over the other two customers that had been waiting in the line even though I was in line waiting for an online pickup. Upon asking her why I was waiting in line for online pickup she quickly answered there are two lines even though she can barely deal with one. I asked for the manager and another employee conveniently replied that she was not working today. Now to review the actual store and my overall experience; it is disorganized and feels crowded due to packed aisles. Carpets look dirty. Customer service is nonexistent, managers apparently hide whenever there is a problem that needs to be handled. Would not recommend to spend your money here given the lack of attention and disrespect towards customers, go buy stuff on Amazon instead.
