I took my firearm to be shipped for repair. Owner made me make an unnecessary FFL transfer, for the gun was going to a licensed shop. When my gun came back I had to do the FFL background and transfer again, increasing the costs plus FedEx mandatory shipping. This was clearly wrong;When I politely pointed the issue he was arrogant and rude. Never again have I used this business.

Asked if he could install a Beretta rear sight was told it's too difficult to do and time consuming, and I was turned away. Terrible customer would not recommend!!

Terrible service over the phone could not understand when he answered and then I I told I wanted to ask if he had a gun in stock and said no I don’t with out knowing and very rude thumbs down ??

This gun store is a cool gun shop to check out if you are in the area. The owner is very kind and knowledgeable of firearms and is willing to help out anyone looking to buy a firearm. He also does custom work and does a amazing job at it.

Carlos is experienced in his craft. He's very down to earth and makes you feel welcomed. Being a Miami native, I find it hard to find people like this. People who truly care about their craft and people. I'm sure many of you can attest. My New assembled rifle fires smooth as eggs! Definitely will be returning. First-class customer service indeed.

This place opens at 10 a.m. but I sat outside for over an hour today along with someone else waiting for him to open and he never showed. This is not a good way to do business and it leaves a negative impression.

Very good selections of pistols, great price and the owner is great! I think the owner is a copetitive shooter and it's really pleasant to talk to him. I would definitely comeback here.
