I placed an online order for pick up. I called before my pick up to ASK if I could exchange the developer I purchase to a different volume, same brand. I was told YES no problem. When my MIL arrived she was told that it was not possible. There was an older woman who kept telling the associate helping her that it was not possible and that she should not do the exchange when it was possible to exchange. That woman gave my MIL such a hard time! This was my first time ordering from them and my LAST for being so RUDE & UNCOOPERATIVE with a customer! Señora, deje de estar tan intrusa! No esta en su casa!

I feel very uncomfortable doing shopping here because the attendants pass from customer's support to harassment in a second... they are over you like volturss didn't let you see anything without giving you her input and the old lady was very rude with my MIL, she seems to notice that because later was trying to overcompensate... I will pass on going at this location next time I need some supplies... I will try one near my home and If I see the same MO I will take my business elsewhere...

Got a stream of angry texts from a door dash number supposedly who did not identify themselves. I thought it was a scam but( I was at work), i decided to play it safe and accept the delivery. I told them to leave it at the door.Arrived home and there's no package.I called customer service then after my wait they said wait for callback. I waited for a callback, got none. Called again got told to hold for 2 minutes and 16 minutes later I was told my order was returned to store.The two hour delivery is fake and the driver has no decency or decorum.Furthermore they told me I would not get my item though I chose this store for the reason of weekend delivery I desperately needed. I had to scrape up that money which would take 20 days for refund. This was a terrible experience when I thought I got lucky and I lost my money.Customer service and delivery is abysmal and I do not recommend.

I ended up coming today with my boyfriend because I needed last minute hair spray. I walked in and was greeted. My boyfriend replied for us and I looked so I just continued to make my way to the back in search of the product I needed because I was in a stressed and in a rush. The older lady with short red hair in the front was literally so rude I had to do a double take. I guess maybe she didn’t see me and she got mad I didn’t reply so she yelled HELLO with attitude to me. I turned back in shock to look at her… i’ve worked retail myself and not everyone always replies back it’s never something I take personal. My boyfriend replied hi and we were in no way rude. It was super embarrassing because there were other customers in the store and totally uncalled for. The other worker on the other hand was very nice. I didn’t get her name but she had green hair and when I couldn’t find what I needed she was great with recommendations. Helped me get what I needed quickly!

I was attended like family cary took care of all my needs answers all my questions and looked for the best products to fit what I neded. She even recommended after care for weeks to come , she is fantastic ❤️Yoanndra was my cashier very friendly attentive to her work and very outgoing ❤️My experience was 100 stars ✨

I just walked in with a Starbucks drink in my hand, and I politely asked the ladies if it was ok for me to come in with the drink, which by the way, it had a straw and I'm not 5 yrs old, and a mature lady with light eyes simply said, well you'll have to drink it, and not only that, it's the face she made and look, this is sad, not going there ever, thank God there's is always competition and much better service. I have always worked in retail, but you shouldn't make someone feel like that.

It is no longer worth going to that store, manager Libertad always has a bad face with customers and very bad form, a very strong character, which results in fewer and fewer customers, better buy at Sally on 29 ave from Hialeah

I have always loved sally till today, I purchased a few items and two large bottles of shampoo and cineitioner when they asked: would you like to buy a bag for your items?? really? How rediculouse. Its not the .15 cents its the rediousness that gets me.

Ive been to this Sallys multiple times and every time I go its a negative experience. The ladies that work there are extremely rude and not helpful at all. last time I was there, there was an old man trying to get an employee to help his wife and the employee was super disrespectful towards him for no reason.
