The store is moderately organized, but that's all it has. Some workers treat you as if the product were you and do not want to help you. The line at checkout is more than 25 people long and only one cashier working. I sincerely recommend you go to another Ross. This one is not worth it. The customer service from the cashiers is terrible.

Many people, few cashiers, but the lady who helped my wife in the incredible fitting room, advised her, smiled. A very refined blonde, white lady. We ended up purchasing with your advice very well. The best in the store, but I don't know what it's called, I think it was Venezuelan and grateful.

I like this place I always come and buy stuff here but there is a black lady who is very disrespectful she is at the dressing room very unprofessional and with a big mouth she was kind of racist too everybody else are good and polite

The lady who helped me was a little rude to be honest, I bought a purse and she didn't even let me see what it looked like in the mirror. I hope they are nicer in the future.

When my this late November and this is the best Ross I’ve shopped at! it’s the largest and has the best cashiers that are fast and understanding 10/10! will shop here again!
