I went yesterday to that Ross to return some merchandise and they told me that I had to follow the same line as to buy, there were more than 15 people in the line and only 2 cashiers and I had to wait more than 30 minutes and the manager stood watching how they worked the cashiers, the truth is I don't plan to go to that ross anymore

Rude cashier on W 49 and 14th. The cashier was rude, didn't speak English, and was chewing gum, touching the gum, then touching my stuff. Gross. Next! I will not be returning to that store. Good customer service and a little kindness goes a long way, but it is just so rare these days. I miss Miami, Hialeah, the way it used to be.

Today, April 3, 2024, 10 in the morning, I went looking for work at this store. I had made an application in said store. And the security treated me very unpleasantly and in a very bad manner and the manager did not even want to talk to me, they just told me that there was nothing when I was seeing that there was very bad service, I think they should better review who they hire.
