Great bootcamp, I've been working out here for about two months and the workouts are intense and keep me in shape. The instructor comes up with new workouts and shows us exactly how to do it right. We use a variety of weights and resistance bands as well as ropes and dumbbells.

I had my son here for Summer Camp. He enjoyed it and looked forward to going everyday. The summer camp included weekly field trips, breakfast and lunch, and daily activities. It is the most affordable summer camp in the area. My son had an amazing time, and I will have him in the summer camp program next summer.
