I remember when banks helped their customers but now a days all they say I'm sorry its our policy. its like they don't even want to work. stay away from this location because they don't care about you or your business.

Called this branch several times because, unfortunately, this specific branch was the only one (supposedly) that could look into my issue. The phone just rings and rings until it automatically hangs up. Sometimes you actually get to hear the phone being picked up for a sec before they put it right back down to hang up. I will wait as long as I need to if you put me on hold, I understand if you’re busy. But hanging up on someone is just disrespectful. And I expect much more from a bank. I’m closing my accounts and switching to another bank. Never recommending Regions as long as I live.
