Customer beware. Quisqueya Auto Repair Frank (Brought my engine only to be blamed and never getting a straight answer. Very short tempered and demanding. Uses blaming as his cover up in all his mistakes. After a month of having the engine, became upset when I requested status. Uses one family member against the other as he see fit, to avoid responsibility. When finally picking up the engine a box was handed to me, with other vehicle parts. Well finally the process of installing the engine by a Certified Mechanic was underway only to observe the engine spilling coolant everywhere. I immediately called Frank and his response was to bring him the engine and he would take a look at it. He made several statement his work was perfect & correct. I requested to tow the vehicle and of coarse he did not have the space, could not understand why if there had been vehicle at the location. It was clear he did not want to assume the responsibility to remove the engine himself and gave me no option but to remove the engine from the vehicle again. As the engine was removed by a Certified Mechanic. He notice the bolts were not torqued to specification. We also verified he had swapped the head gasket causing the coolant to leak completely and all over the engine. Frank stated verbatim there was no guarantee for his work. He was defeated with all the pictures and video we sent him and could not find anyone to blame. This is a prime example of a so called mechanic using hard working people for there gain and having no remorse, basically stealing money from the consumer. Please read it is best to take your car to a experience Certified Mechanic.

took my engine to this shop to get rebuilt when i got the engine back home put it in my truck and it was pissing coolant from the head gasket. told him that he switched the head gaskets and put the wrong sides on and didnt want to admit his mistake and started to blame me for the process
