las personas que trabajan ahí son unas vagas! solamente atienden por appointments y aunque llegues temprano te dicen que te vallas para otra localidad! muy mala actitud y atención al cliente The people who work there are lazy! They only serve by appointment and even if you arrive early they tell you to go to another location! very bad attitude and customer service

Terrible experience. I made an appointment at 1:10p and when I arrived they claimed they did not have my appointment. I used the Quest app which apparently does not work if you do it the same day. Quest needs to fix this! I literally drove an hour in traffic to only be turned away. They made no effort to try to resolve this other than advising me they could not help me or take me in as a walk in. The worst customer service! In fact the person was loud and the whole waiting room could hear my information. Terrible experience! I will never use this location again.

Great service and experience. Dora was super helpful and professional, best to have an appointment easy to use App and sign in on arrival. Busy practice but it moves. Will go back for sure

My congratulations, I was amazed. I haven't had such a pleasant experience in a long time. The place is super organized and clean, the staff is super attentive and concerned, from the lady who greets you at the door to the super friendly, polite and attentive technicians.

Visited this location today and I will never again in the future. The check in process was different, no human at all in the entry/waiting room, just kiosks. After a short wait a woman who I believe is Lidia Garcia (saw the name on the wall in the cube but she barely spoke to me at all, so I'm not sure) called my name and we said hello. She led me to a room and I took a seat in the only chair because I assumed that's what she wanted, she didn't say anything. I handed her my paperwork, she clicked through some stuff on the computer, told me to sign twice without explaining anything or showing me anything. After sitting there for about 10 mins, she got up, tied the elastic around my arm, assembled the needle, grabbed the tubes and jammed the needle in my arm, no preamble or anything. Now that I think about it, I don't know that she changed her gloves at any point. Afterwards she threw up the arm rest and said you're done. That's it. They also have computer monitors with no privacy screens facing out to the hallway so you can clearly see anyone's information across the hall or as you walk by. HIPAA?? Outside of wait time, and being paperless for the most part this was a terrible service and horrible experience. Never again.Just read a whole bunch of reviews about how they don't change gloves. Lord help me.....

A complete nightmare!Lab technician was very ill-prepared, and had no awareness of what she was doing.Went or a referral for blood work and once the needle was incorrectly inserted in the vein from my right arm, the pain was excruciating.To make matters worse, this so-called technician failed to complete the required labwork and forgot to fill up another remaking tube.She then proceeded to have another so-called technician insert a needle to the vein of my left arm, thus causing additional pain and discomfort.Their response was "I'm sorry"I became very irritated and upset especially when she told me to expect a SMALL bruise on both arms.The following morning, I was shocked to see the LARGE bruises (hematoma) as a result of their negligence.Believe me, they will be exposed and the matter will be addressed.

Staff were not English proficient, had to come back because the tests were incomplete due to miscommunication , however, they were able to accommodate me last second so I appreciate that.Sometimes they take walk-ins. That's nice of them

If you come in at opening or before 6:30am without an appointment, you will be seen within the hour. Lisis G. was very nice and talked to me during the blood work; I barely felt anything during the process. I am usually very nervous. Thank you very much for your service ?

The manager doesn't speak any English. The employees don't speak any English. They don't even have a front desk, just a kiosk.
