This message is made in order to provide a solution toward issues that did not exist previously in Publix. Today at 11:41 A.M. at 03/02/2025, as I usually do I went to Publix to buy wine, the woman in charge of the self-checkout asked me for an ID, and after I gave her my ID I asked her what was the reason for the ID because I am around 50 years old. She answers me saying, "It is only my job" in an angry tone, I who served as a bartender and knowing the laws surrounding serving liquor asked her wondering if she considered that I was or appeared to be less than 30 years old. If it was so, then it would be correct for her to ask me for an ID but that was not her answer. I ask what is the reason that ID is asked for? Publix has always been characterized by its attention to service and customers, I am doing my part in order to remain so. I would like an answer. Thank you.

This is a place where the products are not the cheapest ones. I choose Publix for the close location to my house and I’m willing to pay more BUT this is not the first time I pay for products like this one.

Front desk never wants to do money orders and always say the machine is broken when I come and get them. The old lady is super rude and I won't be coming back here since everytime I come they don't seem to want to do their job and just say the machine is broken

On the road, I usually search for a Publix to make my snack and restroom stop. This is the first time I walk in a Publix with an obviously unkempt restroom. I was thoroughly disappointed with the Sabor style of presenting Publix. Well noted for the future.

Horrible publix. Whole store reeks of fish and funk, almost like body odor but very strong. They have dollie’s and objects blocking aisles and the workers don’t speak the best English. Also… the first publix I’ve been to in my life that has no Kosher section… how ridiculous and extremely disrespectful is that to the Jewish and Kosher community. Please do yourself the favor and go to another store. Milam’s is much better, I will no longer be going to Publix. The lady goes “No we do not have a ~kosherrrrrr~ section mocking me. Anti semites hidden everywhere

The service in the deli sucks, they keep looking around at each other to see who is going to help the next customer, lack of supervision. Not the Publix customer service you expect. They must be ex sedanos/ Winn Dixie employees, it's starting to feel that.
Update: Deli customer service still sucks, poorly supervised. Store Management is at fault

I ordered this cake for my sister’s wedding, when I went to pick it up I was in such a rush and didn’t noticed they completely change the color of the cake. I am very disappointed and upset. This is not a cheap cake, the baker should not take it upon herself to change it without knowing if it will go with the decor. I will Not order from Publix cakes again.
