This Publix market is very close to my house so I generally do my shopping there and the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the service are excellent, but today February 21-2025, I arrived to pay and the cashier named Rosa S, I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but she was very unpleasant.
It is a shame that even the markets that always had such a well-deserved reputation now have employees who ruin all that prestige.
If in any department of this market someone has to do with the educational sector of their employees, please teach this lady about manners with the public to whom she is not doing any favors, on the contrary, thanks to the fact that we buy there again, she has her livelihood.
