This place was amazing, they work very professionally and they truly care about your pet. It’s the first grooming salon that I found for my Luna that I truly love. Wonderful work and very kind and loving with your pet, excellent care and service from the owner and the girl that works there. I definitely recommend this place

Staff is rude, they don’t even bother on greeting customers!! This is the 2nd and last time I bring my dog to that place. Its been less than a week and my dog is already stinking. Im not sure what kind of bath was done. $100 dollars wasted

This place is TERRIBLE the worker is rude, one of the workers one day shaved my dog TO THE BONE because she didn't know what to do. After so many years with them they don't have any type of consideration with anyone. Recently I took my Pomeranian to bathe and they shaved her private area to the point she is in PAIN and had to give her triple antibiotic. they charged me $71 for A CUT. Disappointing and disgusting place. Do not go here whatsoever. This place is truly disturbing and RUDE! Learn how to have some etiquette and do your job correctly instead. this place deserves to be TAKEN DOWN.
Had to take her to the vet and turns out her private area is completely has rashes from a machine. She’s in so much pain. Super unprofessional

This weekend I took my dogs to bathe and I am super happy with the good service, kindness, special attention and affection that my dogs received at the local Princess and Dukes Pet Salon. I definitely recommend this place and would take my dogs again.

Terrible attention and I'm sure they mistreat the dogs. The last time I took my dog he came out traumatized and I don't know if he is the owner but he is bitter towards people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!

I don't recommend them. They mistreat the animals, they cut off my paw, the dog always came home with a bad attitude when I left it, the owner or manager always serves with a bad attitude. He complains about the dogs, he doesn't like what they do, they should close. If you work with children, you should like animals and be patient as well. Do not visit this place!!!
