AWFUL! This place is an absolute nightmare. I made the mistake to ship 2 North Face Jackets worth about $600 in total and the package got "lost". The owner by the name "Norma" has no customer service skills and basically told me if the package is lost there is nothing to be done except accept my loss. I am in the process of filing a claim with FEDEX and will definitely be complaining to FEDEX about this place as well. If you don't want your package to be lost DO NOT use this place.AWFUL! Este lugar es una absoluta pesadilla. Cometí el error de enviar 2 chaquetas North Face por un valor aproximado de $600 en total y el paquete se "perdió". El propietario llamado "Norma" no tiene habilidades de servicio al cliente y básicamente me dijo que si el paquete se pierde no hay nada que hacer excepto aceptar mi pérdida. Estoy en el proceso de presentar un reclamo ante FEDEX y definitivamente también me quejaré ante FEDEX sobre este lugar. Si no desea que se pierda su paquete NO utilice este lugar.

I asked for 3 pages to be printed in color and 2 of them had an error in the printing, one of the two guys who were there to identify it as the long-haired guy wanted me to pay for the 3 prints and he was super rude and told me He yelled demanding payment for them, I told him that I would only pay for the one that was good, then he threatened to call the police and the owner of the business and I told him to call them because I was not going to pay for a service that was poorly done. , he called the owner and the same owner told him to throw away the two incorrectly printed pages and only charge me for the one that was correct. He was very angry because of the order that the owner gave him, agreeing with me, and he behaved even more rudely with me and told me not to return to the business because he was not going to serve me, that he did not want me to return, that he did not want to see me again. among other rude things he said to me. It is a shame that an employee like this has the audacity to mistreat a customer and make a business that does not belong to him look bad and even the owner herself giving him the order that was what he had to do. I have come to this business several times and the lady who previously served here has always been super friendly and very helpful, which is why I have always returned. I hope this helps the owner know what her employee does when she is not there and can return and not have to go through this terrible experience of abuse again.

I am a former employee of this business. Norma , the owner of this business does not know how to treat anyone with respect she is extremely disrespectful as she is to the customers she will treat an employee like a dog if a mistake is made it can be any little mistake and she loses her temper. She advertised 15$ an hour put actually pays 12$ until she can "trust" you. Anyone looking to work here just please stay away. Extremely toxic , low pay and 4 hour shifts

I came to Drop of a fedex package and the hours are so messed up time needs to be better online it says they open at 9am I get here at the door it says 10am I call she says they open at 10:30am and it's 11am and I been in the area waiting you are better off making long lines at usps ups or fedex HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

OMG! Norma is just amazing. I used her a lonnnnng time ago for my passport renewal. She was courteous, professional and very attentive. Extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Looked up fees and pertinent paperwork that would expedite my renewal on time. I greatly appreciate her time and effort on this matter. I will highly recommend her business and her professionalism. I drivefrom Kendall if that says anything. Plus I recieved a gratis Soda!!! I was parchedThank you so much Mrs. Norma.Have a beautiful day

Disgusted by the treatment at this location. There is a HUGE lack of professionalism. Customer service at its lowest point at this location. Woman named Norma completely disrespected us over the phone and in person many times. A claim was created BY HER (which she isn’t allowed to do), and was done completely and utterly wrong. Denied to give us receipts and completely disrespected us in EVERY way possible.
