“They should put more staff to work and the correspondence that is in the pioboxes cannot be picked up outside of post office hours. It doesn't seem good to me since I am paid for my correspondence and I can pick it up when I return from work. That is my opinion.”

She was knowledgeable and efficient. She seemed to really care about helping people. She was constantly answering questions for customers. I wish I had her name, but I was very impressed.”
