I tried to buy a Polaris Atlas that supposedly has a Rebate and they refused to sell it to me.
I went to another Pincho and Peny and we met some young but very professional guys who sold us the product.
What a shame they always screw up in Hialeah

I took the Vacuum to have it fixed for a charge of $160, I tried it at home and it didn't work, I took it back and they told me that the parts they fixed were different, so they charged me for putting in the rubber and the plastic that didn't work. It involves the operation of the machine, so what did they fix for me???? And now they want to charge me $130 to change the correct parts this time, they wipe their hand claiming that the person who fixed it from their store did not realize it and now I have to pay again instead of them solving the problem, very bad place I do not recommend it !!!!

Don’t take anything to fix at this location. I dropped off my pool cleaner to get fixed. They said they would call to let me know when it was ready. No phone call for 2 weeks. I went back to the store and was told that they needed to order the part and they were waiting on it to arrive. So I bought another pool cleaner but told them I still wanted to fix the other one to have it has a back up. Once again they said that they would call me when my cleaner was ready. Since I knew the part was on back order I did not worry about it. After a month no call and I decided to go to the store. Now they don’t find the cleaner and I’m told that they would ask and call me back. 2 weeks and once AGAIN no call. This time when I go to the store they have no idea where it is and that “oh well it must have been thrown away or used for spare parts”. NOW According to them they did not know that I wanted it to be fixed.HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!Never going again.

very professional in this store, family treatment is not easy to find, after 10 years buying here every day is better, I even bought my bbq big green egg here, this week I came asking for a vacuum and they explained exactly my needs, Thank you

Worst service ever, they sell you used items and if you want your money back you get a super rude attitude from the "owner", my advice is to find a better place to buy what you need for the pool.
