I have been going to this clinic for 10 years, I never had a complaint, but since Dr. Palacios left, that was and is a disaster, there is no empathy there, there is no consideration for clients of years, I have even recommended puppies so that take them there, very bad reputation, they have degraded to a horrible level, they should close it

It is inconceivable that two years ago, this clinic was paid for the vaccines they gave to a puppy who had not lived here since he was little, it was a gift for a man who loves him and cares for him.
They charge you immediately and today a letter arrives saying that there is a debt to the credit bureau and they will not assist you if you do not pay in advance.

I feel safe when I take My Pets ?? (Luna and Sissy) to the Clinic. The staff is very attentive and knows what they are doing, as is Dr. Jaime, who is very professional and confident in each service he provides to each of our canines with and without appointments, and very affordable prices.

My dog has been treated at this clinic for a few years. They are always very kind to her, their customer service is 10/10. I am very grateful and happy that Sara is taken care of here.

My dog was not doing well and we decided to take her to the vet. We took a chance and went to Paradise Animal Clinic. When we walked in we were greeted right away, I was asked if I had an appointment. I did not, they took us any way! that took me by surprised ? I waited 15 minutes and we were called. We were greeted by a nice young man who took down our info. He said stay here let me get the doctor, it didn't take long at all...about 10 minutes the doctor came in. To make a way to long story short...the doctor is super cool ? the staff are friendly, the clinic is spacious,clean and no smell. I found the price reasonable. I highly recommend this vet, so if your furry baby is sick give them a try and judge for yourself.

The true meaning of the american pharmaceutical system. Charged 100 for literally nothing. They charged us the price of the medicine bottle for one shot. A 30 dollar fee for a 40 second talk. And 50 dollars for a test. Not to mention we have to come back to pay $160 the next time? yea right . Save your time and money please!
