I am very happy with the service provided from Palm D’oro. I picked out a Cuban bracelet and they custom sized it to my wife’s wrist within 15 minutes. Luis is very friendly and a man of his word. He honored the original quote even after the price of gold fluctuated. I would highly recommend checking them out for any jewelry needs.

Lorenzo and Marcus are the best jewelry advisors. I bought a unique rutilated quartz stone that needed a little pizzazz. Marcus suggested that I add lapis lazuli layer behind the stone to showcase the rutilations and Lorenzo suggested to extend existing prongs rather than completely reset pendant. Love the quality of customer care and satisfaction. Highly recommend Palm D’Oro

BEWARE!!!! I went here 6 years ago to fix a chain my grandmother gave me and I will never return. The man seemed very nice and said I will call you when it’s ready. When I went to pick it up it was the same man. Days after I noticed the lock he put was fake. It turned black. They replaced a fake lock instead of putting a 14K to match the chain. Very disappointed with this place. Now my chain has not been the same since :( and it is still broken because I do not trust anyone to fix it now.

I am giving 5 stars on all fronts: best customer service, reasonable pricing, great selection and the most amazing custom pieces of jewelry. Marcus Castillo helped me a lot when I couldn't decide and he made a custom gold necklace, custom earrings and a custom bracelet. I get so many compliments on all of it. If I could describe the store in one word, its QUALITY! I always come here for christmas and birthday presents and they never disappoint. However, where they really shined was I bought an engagement ring, let me tell you buying a ring is crazy complicated but with Palm D'oro in your corner, you'll be an expert. You won't find another jewelry store as knowledge as this.

I've frequented this place a few times in the last few years for watch battery replacement and honestly I couldn't be happier. The customer service from the pretty ladies up front is on point. The wait time for a battery replacement is less than 5 minutes on a weekday. They also have a very decent selection of Seiko and Bulova timepieces which impressed me and believe me that's hard to do with watches. They also do jewelry repair although I haven't to date needed that service.
