We used Omega to move from Dublin, Ireland to San Diego, CA. After interviewing several moving companies it was an easy choice to go with Omega after speaking with Alisa. Her communication is, bar none, above and beyond any other moving company I've worked with. She always kept me informed and if she didn't have the answer she quickly got the answer and got back to me. She is amazing to work with. Omega is very lucky to have her as part of their company. The teams on both sides were excellent too. Showed up exactly when they said they would and did a great job. We move a lot and will most definitely go with Omega again in the future.

This is our third time using this relocation company to help us with our move from the US to Germany. This team worked very hard to get what we needed. They are also very quick to respond with emails and phone calls when needed. They put our mind at ease with the stress of moving. Special shout outs to Janet and Alisa!

That was quite a move from the UK to the USA and a lot of packing had to be done but thanks to Alisa and her amazing teams on both sides of the pond it was all as smooth as a baby's bottom. Loved every minute of conversation with all of them. The guys who packed were hugely respectful, always smiling. The unloading at this end was equally easy. Thank you team Alisa!!!

We used Omega-relocations for personal cargo shipment from Miami to Sweden back in March 2024. We worked direcly with Yigal and he was very helpful and courteous, quickly responding to any email/questions. Everything was well organized, the overall cost was very reasonable and his team worked hard to schedule the container taking in consideration our requests for dates for load and unload upon container arrival. Everything worked out smoothly, we got our container/stuff with zero damage and the unloading company in Sweden did a fantastic job as well. We would highly recommend Omega-relocation and hope to use them in the future . Yigal, thank you for all your help!

We recently used Omega Relocations as our logistic company to ship a door to door container from USA (Savannah) to Romania. From 20 quotes, I chose Omega, not because they came out with almost the cheapest quote but for excellent communication from the beginning.
We got the container delivered 2 weeks ago.

We used Omega Relocations, Inc. for our move to Spain. We contracted with them for door to door service (excluding estimated port fees) from our home in Columbia, Maryland to our home in the Barcelona Province of Spain. On September of 2022, they packed our goods and placed them into storage (for which we paid a monthly fee) until we were able to secure our visas to move to Spain.
On August 23, 2023, we gave Omega our Spanish address and asked them to ship our goods. Our final payment was due and paid at this time. When the goods were underway, we were turned over to their delivery partner in Spain, WillMove. This is where we started to see issues.
After our goods were shipped, we were billed for an administrative fee from WillMove and for a single-use plastics tax (on the plastic wrap Omega used to package our goods). WillMove’s administrative fee and the single-use plastics tax were not disclosed to us until this time.
We knew that we would have to pay port fees, as this was disclosed by Omega in the original contract. Their estimated port fees were between 500-700 euros. Our port fees were 796.79 euros (almost 100 more than their high end estimate). In addition to the port fees, we were charged 152.08 euros for the aforementioned single-use plastic tax and a total of 142.32 euros for WillMove's administrative fee (15% of the port fees and plastics tax). We were billed and paid 1091.19 euros instead of the estimated 500-700 euros. This was at least 391.19 euros higher than we expected based on the information we were initially provided.
Our goods arrived at the port on October 18, 2023 and cleared customs on October 23,2023. We were then given a delivery date of October 25, 2023. We were told the day before delivery, on October 24, 2024, that they could not deliver the container to our address, because the vehicle over 3.5 tons was not allowed on the route that they chose. I went back and forth with Thomas Willmott at WillMove, and found a route on Google maps that did not have the restrictions. I had also told them that we had several deliveries at our house already with trucks that were at least 40ft in trailer length, so I knew there was a route that worked.
Toward the end of that day, WillMove told us that the movers called our local police and they were not allowed to deliver to our address without a permit. We asked about getting the permit, but were told it could take weeks to get, and that any delay in delivery would cause serious demurrage fees and that we would have to pay extra for shuttling to avoid these fees. Omega had our Spanish address on August 23, 2023. Therefore, any issue with delivery could have been resolved by us had we known or been given any sort of information regarding this.
In order to get our goods delivered without even more fees, we were forced to pay the extra shuttling fee of 943.80 euros. Although we were told that the container with our goods could not be delivered directly to us because it exceeded 3.5 tons, we noted that both the trucks that WillMove used to shuttle and deliver our goods were also well over 3.5 tons.
We tried to resolve these issues with Omega Relocations, Inc, as this was the company that we officially contracted with in the U.S. to facilitate our move. We asked for a refund of WillMove's administrative fee (not previously disclosed) and the shuttling fees especially since we felt like our goods were being held hostage by higher fees if we did not pay the shuttling fee. Even though Omega admitted that we should not have been billed administrative fee by WillMove we were flatly refused any refunds and Omega Relocations, Inc claimed no wrongdoing.
We ended up paying an additional amount of 1335 euros ($1445) in undisclosed and extra fees. We initially chose Omega because their estimates appeared to be reasonable. We now know this is because they work with a partner who can and does charge “other

Our move was from Miami to Barcelona, they sold it to us as something super simple and we had a very bad experience, at first Alissa is the nicest and answered the phone at all times, but once we took off from Miami, it was postponing dates, size of container and consequently increased costs. Everything was very poorly packed, tables that could be disassembled were put complete in a box and that made the boxes huge!! And of course, a larger container was needed... plus broken or beaten furniture arrived. After 3 months I have my things and a bad taste in my mouth. I do not recommend them, they are not professionals and they charge much more than what they tell you at the beginning. Don't let yourself be conquered by Alissa, once she has you she doesn't respond to you again and her colleagues treat you poorly and are very rude.

Bad experience.
They don't meet the deadlines (it took me 3 months to move), spectacular treatment to sell you the service but when they have already sold you the package they start treating you badly on the phone and don't answer emails or messages. The estimate they give you the day you hire is different from what you end up paying, in my case I had to expand from a container of 20 to 40 because they had done the estimate wrong.
Read the contract, there are many things that are not included and then they charge you when you arrive at the destination.

I moved to Israel with Omega Relocations. From the first to the last step, the office personnel was very helpful and the packers did a great job. I will recommend Omega to anyone who is moving overseas.

I would like to extend my appreciation to Lisa Baza and team at Omega Relocation for this work on moving my family to France this year. The made the process simple and concise. The documentation was clear and easy to complete, help was always available.The logistics of loading and unloading our goods could not have been better. The container arrived in Florida at the time promised, container was clean and ready to load; from that time one I received regular updates on its progress as available. The French expediter operated in the same manner, they assisted us with an issue that could have held up the customs clearance prior to the container reaching customs. The driver was again on time and placed the container where we needed it. i would and have recommend Omega to people who are preparing such a move. I have been a part of the logistics world for many years and rarely have seen such high quality service.

Terrible experience (Seattle to Paris). Sub contractors did an awful job at packing. We had to wait for weeks to get a spot on a boat and then 6 months to get our things delivered. Our most valuable artworks and pieces of furniture have been damaged and of course, it was a 9 months battle to get them to pay for the damages. Very expensive insurance, and no service from Alisa and bosses. AVOID !!!

Omega Relocation Inc. facilitated an efficient and well timed move from Italy to Florida. The site of a 20' container arriving at our doorstep was indeed intimidating, however the crew team expertly unloaded, unpacked, and carefully placed our items as designated.

My Experience with Omega and their staff was beyond excellent. We shipped two container to Madrid and everything arrived in perfect condition. We were aware of all the delays impacting the industry, this was clearly explained to us so we were very delighted when our shipment arrived in 3.5 months. We truly anticipated that it would take much longer. Thank you to Alisa Bazar who held my hand from start to finish. Omega provided super-excellent service in providing door-to-door shipping of our household goods in a 40-foot container from USA to France. We received our things in France in 100% perfect order.There are many competing companies that provide freight services and from my experience, many of them seem like they are only interested in making quick money rather than providing quality service to the customer. This was not the case with Omega.Overseas shipping and relocation is like a multi-level chess game and the Omega team was very responsive during every step of the complicated process, promptly and honestly answering our many questions and assuring that everything went smoothly.Omega was very helpful in providing specific pricing details to compare with other vendors and to demonstrate that Omega provides top quality service for the best value.And the France contract team working for Omega was super helpful. They were fluent in English and French and secured Customs pre-clearance to expedite our delivery and arranged for the super-efficient and friendly local driver to promptly deliver our container from the dock to our front door.The Omega team is the BEST! Highly recommended!!!
