Nice shop to get reef stuff and basic fresh water fish. Prices are good. Staff is friendly. Just gotta wait a bit since they're kinda busy but that's no big deal. Usually have what you're looking for.

To start took 20 mins before I got attended. One person was trying to make a sell (but after 15 mins of someone not knowing what they want you should help someone else and let them think of things they may want) but the other was in lala land. Then the selling price is 2x the average cost. Don’t recommend this store. It’s a ripoff.

My home away from home, this is my hobby and ever since I've been in the store I feel like family they are very helpful and educate me on all I ask when I have concerns. I highly recommend them. They also take there time to explain if you have questions witch I always do.?

Been in the saltwater & reefing hobby for 15 years, just moved to Miami from New York & Vegas have visited and tried countless amount of local reef stores, I finally found a home in all of my live stock from Neptunes aquariums.
I can confidently say this place and it’s owner keep, maintain, Medicate and qt all of its fish. I’ve never had a year straight run of buying fish without introducing ich or some sort of parasite into my tank until I found this place. So much so, that I recently broke down my QT tank bc i never needed it.
Reef selection is awesome, Roli the owner & his daughter are super knowledgeable and reasonable on price’s especially in this day in age of the hobby.
Moral to the review, since I’ve been buying from Neptunes I haven’t lost 1 fish to disease or parasites, and I haven’t lost a single coral.

Excellent place with a great variety of fish, products and accessories. Excellent attention from the workers. The bad thing is that like in any other place here in Miami everything or almost everything has gone up in price but since it is a Jovi there is no other choice. I recommend it ??

08/07/23... I DEFINITELY HATE THIS DEALER. THE REMEDY HE SOLD ME FOR THE INFECTION HE INTRODUCED INTO MY FISH TANK IS KILLING THEM. EVERYONE HAS SPILLS AND THE LICE ARE STILL IMMUNE, I WISH NO ONE ELSE WOULD BUY FROM THEM//06/30/23, I ALREADY LOST A FISH THAT THEY WERE CHARGING ME MORE THAN 50 DOL X BECAUSE OF ITS LICE IN MY FISH TANK.18/6/2023, I THEY SOLD A FISH WITH LICE AND INFECTED MY FISH TANK, AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE REMEDY TO DISINFECT IT. THEY SOLD ME A FISH THAT DIED THE NEXT DAY, THEY CORROBORATED THAT THE WATER IN MY FISH TANK WAS WELL, AND AFTER INFECTING MY FISH TANK, THEY CLAIMED THEIR LOSS FOR A FISH THAT DIED AND THEY HAD TO REPLACE IT FOR THE 80 DOLLARS I PAID. NEVER AGAIN... THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SERVICE THE PUBLIC, THEY LOSE MORE. We went on a Sunday... lots of people, variety of fish, good advice and good price. Update, November 27/22, the same man who served us previously was not there, the girl who served us did not pay much attention and did not make an effort to provide care. 02/27/23, I sent them a message where I received the receipts with the photos of a fish that I bought and it is sick and they never answered. 3/29/23, dear, if you see the date, it is the same as when I sent the other message, so you only respond almost a month later and on top of that you are arrogant?
