I have always gone and all the people have been wonderful to me, except today with a very rude lady called AYME, there is a way to say things, and she treated me as if I were a dog she owned, I feel very humiliated because of it. so I don't plan to return.

They lowered the price to call a customer to 3.96 and when you arrive you have all the pumps closed and they only leave the most expensive one open at 4.41. Last week they had it at 3.79 and it was the same until a few days ago when they supposedly had them and they raised it to 4.09 but everything is shameless

The guy behind the register decided to skip me and take care of the person behind me. When I asked for my lottery numbers back and told him that I would go somewhere else, he snapped and told me to get the F out. I've been going to this place for years, but this was for sure the last time, that guy is always rude to everyone. The time before that he was eating honey buns and licking his fingers then touching my lottery numbers and other items I purchased, forget covid, that was just plain disgusting.

I went to Murphy USA at around 11 am today (03/27/21) and I went to redeem cash for a scratch-off ticket I bought in the same place. The employee told me that she had no money to redeem the ticket, but she told me with attitude. She told me where worse to go and I went back to my car. I decided to call and tell her that I would contact any kind of customer service and she proceeded to tell me that I could call the president and nothing would happen. I asked for her name, she said her name was Yuli. After that, she said that she didn't have money before and I asked, what about now? She said that she had a bit of money now. I go in and she keeps giving attitude and saying that I can't intimidate her and that I could call whoever I want. She gave me the money and said that I left her with only 20 dollars and kept scolding me in front of the customers. She then asks me, if I knew how to speak English and that I should have read that the gas station is not responsible for redeeming the cash, but again with nasty attitude. This entire situation should've just been, the employee telling me, professionally and politely, that she doesn't have enough money and here are some steps or further instructions to redeem the money and I would be on my way. Instead, the employee is completely unprofessional, nasty attitude, and represents your establishment in an extremely bad light. She is hot headed and needs to reevaluate her employee status if she does not want to work. Remember, there are countless gas stations around and that I am not obligated to go to that one but I also shouldn't be subjected to that kind of treatment. No employee should be acting this way.
