Horrible customer service. None of the employees are attentive, don’t know any information regarding what model/size of faja is best fit for you, and are all very rude. You aren’t allowed to try on any faja unless you are going to buy it for sure as I was told by an employee. Literally RUN AWAY from this place. Do yourself a favor and walk to “Catherine’s” in the same shopping plaza you won’t regret it.

Thank you so much for helping me today. I didn't catch her name. But she was young, she greeted me & knew her products. She observed what I had on stage 1. Showed me my choices for my stage 2 and put it on me. Literally was in and out in under 20minutes.

I went today for the second time and the service was amazing. The lady helped me pick out a waist trainer and also recommended some workout leggings. The customer service here is incredible. I would recommend to all my friends

I started out with a 3XL waste trainer and now I am down to a small. The ladies there really know their stuff The were with me every step of my journey. I recently saw a side by side picture of myself and could not believe it. I recommend them to any woman that want to transform their body.

The experience for me was good they were very attentive...pretty good service and friendly staff...i found what i was looking for and more pretty good variety of whatever you need...i agree that if you are buying something like fajas you have to try it on definitely you have to know if it fits correctly and you can try it but with underwear of course and theres signs everywhere telling you that...if you buy something without trying it its your resposibility not make people guilty for your own decisions...im happy with the store and i am going to come back pretty soon...thanks for your friendly service?

Horrible experience in this store. I'd give it 0 stars if I could !! I asked for help and the staff woman’s has a super bad character and VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought one of their products that unfortunately I did not have time to measure myself in the store, I only spent an hour to return it because it does not even rise to my knees and they told me that I could not return. When I bought it THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT IT WAS FINAL SALE, also no where in the store it says that there is no return and the employees do not warn you about it also I asked the poorly educated woman there again if she thought it was my size and she said yes . NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE !!!!

Careful of what you purchase here. I mistakenly purchased a swimsuit that looked like it had discharge in it. Some items may be used. For the price, it's just not worth it.

I did not like at all how they treated me. I bought a waistband and it lifted from behind, they tried to accommodate me all the time, they did not change it within hours of buying it. I think it was a wrong size. Because I've used waistbands before. She said that because of the covi I couldn't change it. Thanks
