Been in line for 35minutes now I've still got 6 people in front of me. Only 2 tellers working. This is horrible service!!! BOA I know you can do better than this!

This location always seems to be packed. The wait is always long and once someone helps you they seem to be focused on getting you out the door as fast as possible often disregarding questions you may have.

Quite possibly the worst Bank of America, and that's saying something. Lines to kingdom come and attitude to spare from the tellers. Thankfully I moved all my personal accounts to Citi and only have this one corporate account remaining eagerly waiting for the day I can finally be done with this bank. Listen, just because you're in Hialeah doesn't mean you can get away with treating your clients like trash.

The issue with this branch is the poor management. Every time I visit this branch to use the teller, the lines are ridiculously long and they only have 2 tellers working. The management sees this and walks by instead of opening up a window to speed things up for the customers. There is no sense of "common sense" by management here.

This location is horrible! Very inconvenient, parking is ridiculous and the drive thru set up makes absolutely no sense. If you are in a hurry of any kind don't come here.

Everytime i come to this bank of america location it seems to have more than 2 people at each atm on either side. Another downfall is how people park where it clearly reads "no parking" then its tough to maneuver around them. Inside to speak to someone directly is always packed and is very loud, i love my hispanics but we need to lower our voices.

a few months ago had some issues to take care of in person so we went into this branch and met with an official - Carmen - we were lucky. she has been in this branch for a very long time and is fully aware and knowledgeable with her duties. and a great memory for her customers.... we find this out when now we again had some issues and i simply called her for assistance and she quickly recognized me and took care of our issue. it is great when you receive this type of service, after all she only saw us once a few months ago. i am sure we one of many who she has seen and assisted. hope we have here at this branch for a while longer!
