Doña Marta's service towards her clients was terrible. He doesn't know how to communicate well. I don't know exactly what was bothering him. It's not a place I would return to.

It was a last minute mommy and me spa session that I booked for my daughter who turned 5. She was so excited when we first arrived in the parking lot. When we got inside of the salon everyone there were pleasant and sweet. That my daughter ask the sweet young lady was this her salon and she say yes. You can come back when ever you want to because this is your salon. I’m so happy I chose this salon and will be coming back to book another session next month. I booked a birthday package early for my girls, supposedly they did her nails, her hair, they did her makeup and they gave her some cupcakes to sing happy birthday (2 hours) we arrived and we had to wait more than 30 minutes for them to finish with another client. When it was finally our turn, they sat the girls down and they did their hands and feet and I see that they take off her robe and I asked the manicurist about the package I reserved and she told me that the girl who does makeup and hair was not there and then she told us Another says no, that it was a misunderstanding, that the other mother who was confused, a person that I didn't even see, only when she left, I didn't understand the confusion, she told me that she was very sorry. I felt very sorry for my daughters who did not enjoy their day as I thought due to lack of professionalism, apart from the dirty floor, the girls use their robes and hang them again on the hanger, I do not recommend it at all, a very bad experience. I will never return nor recommend that place.

beautiful place Daniella and Emely are excellent, they are very kind, gentle and they are very creative, my 3 daughters really enjoyed everything. We visited this place for my daughter's birthday and she really came out very happy with her hairstyle, makeup and her nails apart They offered juice a cup cake and balloons. thank you very much girls are the best

My wife took my daughter to this place because we wanted her to have a nice time having a haircut and because it's less than 5 minutes away from my house, my wife said the place is nice and clean but the customer service is the worst. First, the had an appointment to go there and then she got a call from the business changing the appointment, just an hour later and my wife agreed. When my wife arrived they made her wait over 45 minutes having an appointment, when she asked when was my daughter's turn they said they were busy AND SUGGESTED MY WIFE TO GO TO ANOTHER PLACE!!!! What a joke of a "business". At the end my daughter couldn't get her haircut and she ended up sad because she liked the place but the attention was the worst. My Best advice, DON'T GO THERE!

Before entering the salon with the girls, we’re all excited and happy for the girls. As walking in we did not get noticed nor did we get welcomed!! After 2-3 minutes of being there and especially walking in with balloons and cake for the birthday girl not even a birthday wish.... the staff looked confused on what to do and it was only two girls working there + the owner that did not greet us at all and completely ignore us as if we were not there. Not even a good morning or happy birthday to my niece ! Our expectations we’re really poor at “ mommy and me salon I do NOT recommend “ Very poor service, staff was really dry and no attention was given to my daughter or the birthday girl is like there were just simply doing a regular job and no care behind it or at least effort. Manicure and pedicure was very poor!!!!Only good thing :Salon was very pretty and clean.Decorations were nice and pretty.Cute hair accessories and toysMusic in the backgroundWhat they can improve better :FriendlyWelcomingNiceBetter moodProfessionalNot carry grumpy face at all timesBetter customer serviceMore caringPay attention to detailsDo something you like and want to do not just because your getting paid for it !Oh and I can’t forget as checking out with the owner, my mother directed the owner telling her the attention was very poor and not even a present or a happy birthday was sign to my niece! And her response was that you did not pick the proper package and that is why.... basically saying that we picked the lowest package and because of that they did not treat us as they should’ve have. + there prices are ridiculous and not worth it at all at least for us we would never come to this location and pay for poor services! Our girls even had serious faces during the time being there unless we would hype them up with silly jokes and smiling and taking pictures.. overall the one hour of being there was very disappointed

I brought my daughter here today for her birthday and was help by a wonderful young lady named Emily she was grate with my princess and very patient with her and my daughter can’t wait to come back!!! She made her feel like a total princess!!Services: Manicures

I took my daughter for a birthday special section, the two girls that were working were debating whose turn was it to attend the next client. They were obviously not interested in making my daughter feel special. The manicure and the pedicure provided was definitely not quality services, nor was the makeup, i could have done it better. I definitely do not recommend expending 100 dollars for this service.Services: Pedicures

Personally I didn’t like the experience At All my Daughter was very Disappointed They Double Book The Appointment and The salon was super Full !! I didn’t feel My Daughter’s Got The Proper Attention They Both Deserved !! The Salon was so so Full My Family Couldn’t Stay with Me!! Some of the staff was really rough and very unprofessional!! I am super sad This experience Ended like This!!

Everything was very good, excellent, my daughter and I did our hands and feet very well, but I didn't like my eyebrows at all, they didn't clean them at all, and the lady didn't know how to apply the dye... the nails were in a good place, the eyebrows at all ? ? They fit me the same, I only measured them, they cleaned and dripped all the dye, they didn't know how to apply it and they were all stained ?? one thicker than the other and dripped without shape... recommended only the nails and the super beautiful place

On Tuesday (June 15th) i took my daughter & goddaughter. They only had one girl working alone. She has only been working there for approx. 2 months and the Dutch braids she did on my daughter she had to redo a few times and still by 5pm the hair was already undone (which is exactly what I said would happen with how loose it was done) and the makeup she redid it about 3-4 times. On my goddaughter she had to redo her hair like 4 times. The point is how can you leave a 16 year old inexperienced gurl by herself to work and still charge for these services $40/girl. So disappointed! I will NEVER go back and neither will my goddaughter. Totally over priced for the quAlity of work!Services: Make-up services
