For an easy ongoing experience and knowledge staff I recommend this store. What sets this store different from others is they don't push to sell but help with what you need. That goes a long way for me. Thank you management for having a great team. I will come back.

Worst place to get a phone service . They lied on your face and change the story every time you ask . Don't honor any price and charge for stuff and tell you was included . Don't go to this terrible place .

The attitude of the person in charge of "Customer Service" at this point is far from what he represents. She is blasé, derisory and rude. When he realized that his sale meant having to do a lot of paperwork, since I had my t-mobile number and he wanted to continue with it.
He went on to state that it was impossible to make the sale because they were Metro and not "T-mobile." response was so lacking, empty and poor in arguments... almost the same or worse than the advice he gave... in which he intended to get me a cell phone with the highest plan in just 5 minutes with the slightest effort, and I I was letting myself get carried away. How sad that such incompetent people work in these establishments.
