Unfortunately, I was in this store to buy a phone and sadly my experience was the worst!! I asked the seller for the price of a phone and he told me $300, I agreed to buy it and everything was going well: Florian the seller along with another girl who did not have a name tag, very kind they even asked me during the transaction if I wanted the cover and screen protector for only $10 extra than what I said yes to. but what was my surprise when I check my receipt and see that it was broken down as follows: cell phone $200 minus $100 discount for being an "upgrade" followed by $29.99 activation fee, then $64.05 Cover, $64.05 Screen protector and 32.99 ones headphones that they never gave me. I asked about these charges to the person who did not have a name tag, but who was in charge at that time and his response was that I never asked what this $300 included, which was a bundle that they were selling me.
It turns out that they are lying to customers by telling them a high price to include all these accessories so they can collect their commission and even the accessories they give you are not the ones mentioned on the receipt, the ones they gave me are of a lower price. When I wanted to return the aforementioned accessories, this person told me that they do not accept returns even though the receipt said 14 days. I had to go to the trouble of calling customer service to file a claim for this sad situation and it was then that I was able to get my money back.
It's really sad the way most of these phone stores treat their customers, stealing their money. Please look at what they are selling you, check the receipts!!! Call your service provider and ask about specials and phone prices before going to one of these stores where they have no respect for their customers.
Very bad, sad and unpleasant experience in this store, where I was lied to and robbed for simply earning a commission. I worked in stores and I was under the pressure that managers put on salespeople to sell accessories and insurance, etc. They don't care at all if the client is satisfied or not, that is in the past: currently the objective is to sell, sell, sell. Sad, very sad.....

Thank God this guy Florian helped me with everything I needed and recovered all my files without bothering like the other metro. The best boy in this store, ask about Florian and the owner, please give him a raise.

I was in this store yesterday and some guys, Deyanira and Florian, helped me. Excellent service. They helped me a lot, and I was very happy. I will continue going to this store and I recommend it 100%.

Their return policy is the most deceiving bit of fine print you will read. Stay away from this Metro Pcs the manager and owner are scammers. They will NOT even honor an exchange. If it was my money fine you got me but I was genuinely trying to find the correct phone for my disabled grandma. I wish you guys the best doing shady business that way.

The workers who serve there never know or help anything. They use their cell phones and want you to solve the problem yourself. They are too unprofessional. They should give them customer service training.

They promised me a refund and then backed up from it, literally lied to me. The worst part is the way they treated me after. No respect, calling me love, telling me that it wasn’t their problem, just horrible. Stay away from here. The manager… she is the nastiest person.

My boyfriend added a line to his plan because he was offered a free phone. They added the line and did not give him the free phone. Customer service suggested to cancel the line to do everything again and promised he would get his money back. Days went by and no refund was issued. They kept his money just like that, and obviously no free phone and not even an active line. Customer service said the store had to give him the money back, since he paid at this store for the new line and sim card. The manager from this store told him over the phone that it was his problem, that he lost his money. She also refused to give him their dealer code.
