“Personally, I'm an independent shopper. However, Michelle at this store (1884) went above and beyond to make sure I found just what I was looking for. She demonstrated a genuine desire to help by asking all of the necessary questions at checkout that led to her offering additional help, including to check the inventory at a different Express store if she couldn't find my size in the back. Luckily she did and made my night! She suggested the outlet inventories are extensive and to be sure to ask if the desired size is not on display which I was not aware of.
