FRAUD!!!! May Castillo & her office forged my fathers signature to cancel his flood insurance without any authorization or his knowledge! She then went ahead and opened a whole new policy with her own flood insurance company "INSURANCE WORLD LLC" again without his authorization or knowledge!! She claims it was to help & benefit him but the coverage & cost are the same, so who is really benefiting from this?? CONSUMER BEWARE if this happened to us it probably already happened or will happen to you! I already had other issues with her & her office prior to this, no integrity at all! This lady and her company cannot be trusted!!
