Excellent Customer service!! You're greeted by a friendly and professional rep every time you call. Was on the phone with them and both times the call dropped and both times they called me back at different times, and this happened with different customer service reps. I have been on the phone many times with other companies on hold or talking with an agent and for whatever reason the call drops and they never call you back. So 5 stars for providing Great Customer Service!! Your agents are also very nice and efficient in getting the job done, when it comes to customer concerns. When the time comes for a new mattress, I will be buying from you! I will also be spreading the news of how great your matresses are and the exceptional service and support your customers receive which is an incredible bonus in this day of age. I will be a Simmons Beautyrest customer for Life.

This is the third purchase I make from this location. Milton was extremely helpful and patient as I ran around the store asking questions and laying on every mattress. He happily answered every question and dealt with my lunacy with a smile. Make sure you come in and and ask for him! You won't regret it! Thank you Milton! Can't wait to sleep on a "cloud" :)

My husband and I went to this store and were helped by sales superstars Luis and Milton. This was an all around great experience. They provided us with demos that pretty much sold us the mattress. 10/10 recommended.
